The location is quiet and really peaceful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Amazing place, very calm, and the scenery to the Black sea was stunning. The pool is clean, there are not many people in general, so one can enjoy peace.
Although the room was spacios, bright and clean, the bed was very squeaky, and we woke up throughout the night.
Locatia este excelenta pentru cine doreste liniste si relaxare, Privelistea este minunata. Este excelent pentru un sejur de cateva zile.
Podeaua (gresie in camera si in baie) era doar maturata (in colturi si sub pat panze de paianjen), nu si spalata, nu am putut umbla desculti. A trebuit sa mutam patul deoarece nu erau accesibile cele doua prize din cauza asezarii mobilierului (am avut camera deluxe). Desi arata elegant in poze, un amalgam de mobilier - un fotoliu foarte mare, 3 scaune diferite, doua masute de cafea albe de la Ikea, dintre care una folosita pe post de suport pentru minibar. Camera nu are ferestre, doar usa.
W zasadzie jedynym plusem tego miejsca jest lokalizacja. Rzeczywiście cisza i spokój, piękny widok z klifu, blisko do miejscowości Balgarevo. Wszystko bardzo estetycznie zaprojektowane i wybudowane, piaskowiec na elewacji, stylowe meble w pokojach. Ogromny parking około 100 metrów od wejścia. Możliwość zarezerwowania stolika na kolację na samym zboczu klifu. Fajne miejsce nawet na oświadczyny. Dostępny basen i leżaki. Śniadanie robione nie w formie bufetu, co gwarantuje, że zawsze będzie ciepłe i świeże. Trudno trafić, ale wbrew pozostałym opiniom droga dojazdowa nie jest trudno przejezdna.
Naprawdę nie rozumiem, skąd inne tak wysokie opinie, czyli 10 punktów. Nasz pokój nie wyglądał, jakby został przygotowany na przybycie gości. Podłoga była mocno zakurzona, wszędzie w rogach suche pająki, brudno nawet w lodówce. Brak jakichkolwiek moskitier powoduje, że nie można wywietrzyć pomieszczeń bez zaproszenia robactwa do środka. Należy uważać na zaolejowane drewniane meble, ponieważ brudzą rozwieszone ubrania. Brak jakichkolwiek wieszaków do wysuszenia ubrań po kąpieli w basenie – mieszkańcy innych pokoi suszyli je na krzesłach przy stolikach restauracyjnych. Łóżko bardzo niskie i twarde – może ładne, ale na pewno nie wygodne. W łazience bardzo mało światła, ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem żenująco słabe. Rano przed wymeldowaniem obsługa wielokrotnie wchodziła do naszego pokoju bez pukania, mimo że jeszcze się nie wymeldowaliśmy. Przez całą noc hałasowała klimatyzacja, w której zbierała się woda. Woda z klimatyzacji kapała wprost do łóżka, a w części restauracyjnej na podłogę między stolikami. Po wyłączeniu klimatyzacji hałas pozostawał. Być może była to kwestia jakiegoś rekuperatora. Piloty od telewizora ubabrane czekoladą, jednego pilota znaleźliśmy między oparciem i siedzeniem kanapy. Kanapa nieuprzątnięta, liczna sierść. Przy zameldowaniu nie poinformowano nas, że możemy wjechać samochodem na teren obiektu, przez co trudno było nam nieść walizkę po żwirze. W okolicy bezpłatne plaże, obie małe, tłoczne i pełne glonów.
The place is not functioning fully and is being marketed incorrectly by what it actually offers.
It is a visually pretty hotel with beautiful views of the sea.
It's more of a resting/ hide away place.
We stayed here for 7 nights, we have taken a good feeling for how the place generally operated.
We would stay here again.
We wish them luck for the future on improvement.

Gefallen hat uns die Lage und natürlich die beeindruckende Anlage ,die noch weiter ausgebaut wird.
Nicht gefallen hat uns die angeblich technischen Probleme ,wo am Abreisetag das Personal einfach mal komplett zu spät kam zur Frühstückszeit 08.00 UHR. War nicht cool .
Und es wird dort Frühstück mit dem Gast jeden Morgen auf Bestellung gefertigt.Kein Buffet.
War für uns auch neu .
Und bitte für Nachbucher ein französisches Bett könnte für zwei Personen etwas knapp werden .
Füt junge Leute okay.
Muss man einfach besser lesen.
