The breakfast was satisfactory, although the addition of a few live counters would enhance the overall experience. While the location is not particularly convenient, the property makes a positive impression upon entering the premises.
The swimming pool operating hours could be extended, ideally until 10:00 PM, to provide greater flexibility for guests who prefer to have dinner early and enjoy the pool during the evening.
The reception experience could also be enhanced, as it currently does not create a particularly strong first impression.
Additionally, introducing an open-air dining area on the lawn would significantly improve the overall guest experience by providing a more relaxed and enjoyable ambience.

Room AC in The Premier room was insufficient. Complained the same to the reception but they didn't bother.
Location and ambience. The food was also good.
The pool was extremely dirty and the hotel staff didn’t take any interest in cleaning the same for the entire duration of my stay. The water of the pool was murky green and smelt foul.
Breakfast was the highlight of the stay - with a lot of options. The staff were well behaved, polite and helpful. The room size was sufficienct for a family of 3 (including a kid)
The condition of the gym needs to be definitely improved. It looked as if the equipment were not maintained properly and there was no AC in the gym. The swimming pool water did not seem to be properly filtered. The quality of the a la carte food needs to be improved.

The breakfast was closed even people were taking food on table and removed all when people have yet to finish tge food..

• Mismatch in room allocation despite booking through Booking.com; even after multiple requests, an inferior room without proper river view was provided (garden/pool facing instead)
• Poorly maintained and dirty swimming pool; water quality caused irritation and rashes
• Indecent and uncontrolled consumption of alcoholic beverages around the pool and other areas, making the environment uncomfortable for families
• Kids’ park not maintained and lacking proper upkeep
Extremely courteous behavior of the staff, excellent location
Food is extremely pricey. The normal home cuisine is unnecessarily high priced.
Location, hospitality.
1. Bad condition of approach road to the hotel from main road.
2. No proper driver accommodation, few staffs of the hotel are negotiating with outside lodges for driver accommodation. The driver accommodation is very poor in the particular lodge.
3. Compared to the quality and quantity, cost of food in their restaurants is very high. Also they lack variety.
4. Check in and check out time is very inconvenient for a place like Taki.
