Good location
Pros:

Location is good, near to food street. Room was comfortable although a bit small.

Location but let down by staff
Pros:

The location is great. Near to a major shopping mall and famous food street

Cons:

Staff were unhelpful. When we arrived, it was raining, I rushed in to borrow an umbrella but the staff just stood there and look. We arrived with old folks and 7 pieces of luggages but none came to help. Disappointing.

Excellent location, free laundry and supper

Cons:

Only found out booked room had no windows upon check in. Had to pay extra for change to room with windows. Due to no fault of staff, corridor smelt of cigarettes (rather common in China even at 5 stars hotels)

Will stay again!
Pros:

Good location, friendly reception staffs, complimentary porridge at 9.30pm, comfy bed etc

Cons:

The room itself was perfect, however I feel that the housekeeping could have been done more carefully. For example, the dustbins and laundry baskets were not placed neatly, and the bed was not pulled tightly, especially when the room was made up the following day.

In addition, the coffee and tea were not replenished the next day. A packet of tissue was simply left on the vanity top instead of being placed properly. One of the basin cabinets was also left open and the cleaner did not close it.

Great location with lots of food options nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and especially caring toward elderly

The property is in a strategic location with plenty of food options nearby, making it very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially attentive to elderly guests, which we truly appreciated.

Cons:

It would be helpful to have a bidet spray or water hose installed next to the toilet for added convenience and hygiene.

我和友人訂了三間房住了兩晚，各人對房間都很滿意。酒店房間寬敞舒適，清潔整齊，工作人員的服務態度很好。酒店位置優越，鄰近萬象城和龍眼南路，周邊有很多食肆和店舖，購物用餐都十分方便。如果到汕頭旅遊，這是一間值得推薦的酒店。

Pros:

The location is perfect. You get to see the modern and old part of Shantou at the same time. The staff are super friendly; they are out to serve your needs.
