Excellent location, free laundry and supper
Only found out booked room had no windows upon check in. Had to pay extra for change to room with windows. Due to no fault of staff, corridor smelt of cigarettes (rather common in China even at 5 stars hotels)

The room itself was perfect, however I feel that the housekeeping could have been done more carefully. For example, the dustbins and laundry baskets were not placed neatly, and the bed was not pulled tightly, especially when the room was made up the following day.
In addition, the coffee and tea were not replenished the next day. A packet of tissue was simply left on the vanity top instead of being placed properly. One of the basin cabinets was also left open and the cleaner did not close it.
The property is in a strategic location with plenty of food options nearby, making it very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially attentive to elderly guests, which we truly appreciated.
It would be helpful to have a bidet spray or water hose installed next to the toilet for added convenience and hygiene.

Location is good and staff all very helpful n nice. Comes with free washing n drinks at the lobby everyday.
Lift corridors has smoking smells, guess always some guest did not follow the rules.
Though the hotel is relatively small, it makes a strong first impression with its warm lighting and welcoming essential scent upon arrival.
It’s excellent location- just a 10 minutes walk to a mega mall and surrounded by a wide variety of food options along the street.
The only downside was the lift situation - there’s just one elevator, and wait times can get frustrating, especially when it’s occupied by the service robot.
