Einfaches, sauberes Quartier mit eingeschränktem Service.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war prinzipiell gut, inhaltlich wie gewünscht aber dennoch überteuert. Der Earl Grey Tee war eindeutig überlagert und muffig. Das gilt auch für den selbst portionierten Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Frischer Espresso und Cappuchino waren sehr gut. Das Zimmer war individuell aber einfach ausgestattet. Alte aufgearbeitete Möbel können schön sein, sollten aber halbwegs funktionell i. O. sein (Schrank).
Sehr gut: Ladestation auf dem Parkplatz.
Die Natur in der Umgebung ist schön, einsam und erholsam.

Cons:

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Kein TV auf dem Zimmer, Wlan nicht zuverlässig. Fenster nicht abdunkelbar, Bad ohne Abluftsystem, Duschwasser zeitweise nur lauwarm. Feste Frühstückszeiten müssen tags zuvor genau festgelegt werden. Das ist ungewöhnlich in Hotels. Die Dame welche das Frühstück zubereitet erfüllt alle Wünsche, man muss jedoch mit den Wünschen zu Ihr gehen. Ansonsten wirkt Sir abgewandt arbeitet im Gastraum sitzend am PC oder Mobil. Das hat keonen Stil. Die Uinterkunft war alternativlos weil es zu dieser Zeit keine anderen Zimmer in Boitzenburg gab. Das fördert sicher nicht das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Umgebung ist auch dominiert von maroden Gebäuden und Hausruinen. Das betrifft auch das Haupthaus des Grünen Baum. Einen Restaurantbetrieb gibt es nicht. Unter der Woche ist ein Döner die einzige Möglichkeit.

Brauche ich nicht noch mal
Pros:

Kein wlan kein Radio kein Fernsehen und auch sehr dunkel so das lesen auch kaum mgl war

Cons:

Sehr alternativ hellhörig als ich das Handy laden wollte hatte ich alles voll Spinnweben
