A soothing experience
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel and super friendly staff! Santos was always greeting us at breakfast and ensuring we had a good time. There is always soothing music and oil diffusers going, which instantly calms you. Love it!!

Nous avons apprécié la proximité immédiate avec les ruines de tulum.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans les chambres, c'est assez embêtant pour la luminosité.
C'est un joli hôtel très discret en plein milieu de la ville, (peut même être compliqué à trouver), il se trouve face à un grand centre commercial, la piscine au dernier étage donne une vue directement sur ce parking.

Uitstekende kamer, fijn dakzwembad, vlakbij centrum, rustig en 200 meter van Chedrauii supermarkt.
Pros:

Mooie grote kamer, rustig en toch vlakbij het centrum.
Uitstekend ontbijt en mooi dak zwembad met uitzicht op een zeer grote supermarkt( Chedrauii)

Cons:

Ingang is op -1 verdieping, even zoeken wanneer je voor het hotel staat.

Sehr sehr schönes Hotel. Mal was anderes, alles gut durchdacht. Das Beste war das Personal - einfach perfekt!

Cons:

Frühstück war gut! Nur etwas einseitig. Das Hotel ist so gut, beim Frühstück mehr Auswahl, dann wäre das Hotel perfekt. Eines der besten Hotels die ich je hatte. (Und ich reise sehr viel)

Bon rapport qualité prix, bon emplacement et personnel sympathique
Pros:

Le personnel sympathique. Le petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Le fait de pouvoir se faire masser directement à l’hôtel.
La localisation pratique, proche d’ATMs et du centre commercial Chedraui juste en face.

Cons:

Pas d’isolation phonique, nous entendions les voisins. Pas de frigo dans la chambre.
Le lit pas très confortable.
