Lovely place, beautiful views, and lovely staff.
Pros:

This resort is an ideal location to visit the longest glass bottom bridge in the world. A short taxi ride is still required but very close. ~The staff were very helpful and booked our taxi without any problems.

Cons:

Because the retreat was virtually empty, breakfast was a little bit random.

The staff had a bad attitude, but the room quality and amenities made up for it.
Pros:

Good room quality, everything is very new, comfortable, clean and beautiful space

Cons:

Staff problem, did she just break up with her boyfriend or something? extremely rude attitude, from the way she spoke to her attitude towards the guests was terrible, not friendly at all. The quality of the room and the beauty of the bedroom saved my trip instead of the staff attitude ruining it
