Location was great for what we wanted. I know the area and this was central to Crayford so ideal for our purposes.

Cons:

It was not clear to us from the description on the site that this is shared accommodation. Luckily there were no other occupants when we visited elsewhere we would have left and gone elsewhere. The set up of the house does not lend itself to shared accommodation. Anyone who has access to the property could go anywhere within the house - there is no segregation.
The house itself was big enough and the kitchen had all the equipment we required. The property is in need of repair and modernisation but was not dirty.
