Very central to train station

Great Location
Pros:

Location , train station was just 5mins walk and Staff collected the garbage and clean the room

Cons:

Price can be lower since we checked out early and we could not check in early but it was tolerable

A budget stay that served its purpose… a clean place to sleep for a couple of nights
Pros:

Location was not terrible, it’s a nice clean budget hotel.

Cons:

Location wise I probably would have liked to be a stop closer to Ueno Park.. that was not expected on my part. I also am unsure why the cups for tea/coffee were not exchanged when the room gets made up and if there are clearly used tea bags why this may have also been left in front of the TV

Pros:

祝日で観光客が多い中でツインを確保できたこと。

Cons:

ドライヤーがあっても、乾かしたりセットする場がない。
メモ用紙やペンがない。
女性が喜ぶ化粧水などアメニティが少ない。
価格の高い東京だからしょうがないが、３つ星はつけ過ぎかな。

Great for the location (close to Ueno park, Uguisudani station) and professional
Pros:

Good check-in staff and service; clean, easily accessible and centrally located

Cons:

Close to a lot of love hotels, but not necessarily a changeable dimension or a con, but gives it a slightly less family-friendly atmosphere (it's Tokyo, so there were tourists and families everywhere).
