Pros:

・部屋はキレイだし、静かだった
・朝食が品数も多くどれもとてもおいしかった
・スタッフはほとんどが外国人の方だったけど、皆ていねいな日本語と笑顔で良かった

Cons:

・ＡＣ→USBの変換アダプタがあると良かった
・メイク落としやスキンケアのパックがあると良かった

ベッドが痛かった😅
Pros:

初日は、最悪でしたが、2日目から、広い部屋で、とても快適に過ごさせて頂きました❤️
フロントの方もとても丁寧で良かったです😊

Cons:

もう少しアメニティとか増やした方が女性は喜ぶと思います😊
後、ランドリーも、もっと増やしてください。

Great 4 night stay close to what we wanted to do.
Pros:

Location close to train station and Ueno Park
Comfortable room, great beds, appreciated having table /desk with 2 chairs. Very good use of space.
Very nice bathtub

Cons:

Elevators slow because of volume of guests

外国人が多くて、朝の食堂は大混雑、内容もイマイチだった
Pros:

駅からは近くて、目的の上野公園には比較的に近かったと思う。

Cons:

大阪梅田の宿泊時は最高に良かったが、上野公園では思ったほどではなかった。やはり東京上野あたりのロケーションではやむなしか。スパ、大きい風呂がないのが残念。
部屋は少し変わったレイアウトだが部屋の広さ、使い易さでは文句無し。

Ich kann das Hotel für mehrtägige Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Lage zu Ueno Park und Yamanote Anbindung. Sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Rezeptionist hat mir sogar bei der Busreservierung geholfen, da es online vom Ausland aus unmöglich war.

Cons:

Leider würden wir gerne die Fenster öffnen, um frische Luft zu bekommen.

Super lokalizacja i dostępność hotelu. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja. Ekspres do kawy w lobby dostępny od 6:00.

Cons:

Musialiśmy wymeldować się wcześniej. Mieliśmy wykupione śniadanie. Niestety hotel nie oferuje niczego "to-go". Nie jest to duży problem, ale myślę, że byłoby fajnie jednak móc skorzystać jeśli zapłaciło się za śniadanie.
