Nice place minus the loud music.
Pros:

The beds and pillows were great! The bathroom amenities were also nice.

Cons:

INCREDIBLY LOUD music at a close venue played every night past 10:30 pm. Annoying to the point that you couldn’t watch TV because of the music.

Pros:

The grounds were beautiful, and the rooms were modern and updated

Cons:

There was a sound in our room that would switch on every few minutes and it was distracting and annoying while trying to sleep

Traumhafter Aufenthalt und jederzeit wieder!!!

Was ein tolles Hotel/Motel.
Super Lage mit Blick aufs Wasser und die Berge. Super schöne und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Zimmer im maritinem Stil!
Poolbereich (mit Möglichkeit zu grillen) sehr schön angelegt und auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen waren mit dem spektakulären Blick echt super. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt an den Zimmern.
In der Nähe befinden sich auch einige Restaurants.
Fahrt ins Städtchen Bar Habor ein absolutes Muss! Wunderschön!
Das Hotel war unser absolutes Highlight auf unser 3 wöchigen Tour und würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!!!

It was wonderful.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient The lobby was open 24 hrs and coffee and tea were always available. I liked the devices on the night tables which provided us with a method to charge our cell phones.

Cons:

The room for two people only had one chair and no table other than night stands with lamps on them and our porch only had one chair on it shared by two hotel rooms. Also our room was far from the lobby.

Nicely located hotel if you plan to visit Acadia NP
Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful and convenient location for visiting Acadia National Park. We stayed in a room in the two-story annex, and the room had been recently renovated, with a balcony and a view of the water. So far, so good.

Cons:

However, Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room, and even after we asked, nothing changed. The beds are a disaster, and you wake up with back and neck pain.
Unfortunately, the “breakfast” was of very poor quality and presented in an extremely careless manner. When it rains, you have to take it back to your room because there’s no place to eat it. Also, on the second day of our stay, there was no room service, and when we checked out, this issue was completely ignored. Neither an apology nor a discount was offered.

Personally I would go back again. Quiet seclude location. Friendly staff. Accommodations are fine
Pros:

Secluded location 4 miles from downtown Bar Harbor. Nice water view from our room.

Cons:

It’s not like a stay at the Hilton if that’s what you’re looking for.

We are very pleased with quiet wooded setting and the lovely view, staff was very friendly !
Pros:

They had a lovely continental breakfast complete with fresh blueberry muffins, yogurt, granola, fruit and variety of juices. Coffee and Tea were available 24 hours a day. The view was perfect and the pool was heated. We very much enjoyed the atmosphere and the wooded setting.

Cons:

We liked everything. The location was great in a beautiful wooded area, with a nice view of the ocean. It was quiet away from the craziness of downtown Bar Harbor, but only 10 minutes from the activities.

Tiny, pretty, clean cabin experience. Best for one person.
Pros:

Very pretty decor. Nice views for some rooms. Near Bar Harbor but quieter.

Cons:

Tiny rooms, small bed, no place to really open suitcases. I should have read the description more carefully because it is a beautiful small cabin experience, just not what we were looking for. Small issues: The TV was on when we got there and the remote didn't wok - we unplugged the TV to shut it off. There was no one at the desk for check out and another guest and I just left notes with the keys. Breakfast was minimal, no muffins as promised.

Pros:

Location and staff were great! They offered coffee and muffins/ yogurt in the morning’s.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable and the platforms to the deck were incredibly loud and you could hear people walking around all night to early morning
