The desk clerks were helpful and friendly. The view was lovely, and the area had so much to offer.

Lovely hotel but will make sure I verify ocean view!
Pros:

The staff could not have been nicer. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean.

Cons:

I thought it was “Ocean View” but we got a room in the back of the building. It was so little. Nowhere to hang clothes or put out toiletries. They said I didn’t request ocean view but it thought they all were! Live and learn!

Best stay of our New England Adventure

We enjoyed our stay overall. The view and the comfy bed were our favorite things.
Pros:

The location was great for us. Beautiful view! We preferred to be away from the crowds at the end of the day.

Cons:

The breakfast was not as good as other hotels...very limited selections. Also, the bathroom is rather small with no counter space for toiletries.

The view was very nice, but accommodations could be better maintained
Pros:

Liked that it was first floor easy to get the luggage in, & the view was beautiful, good breakfast

Cons:

Very noisy, kids running back-and-forth the entire time we were there, you could hear everything, also we felt like it was a little pricey for the level of cleanliness and Comfort. Not top notch for price, not maintained, door lock broke, shower fixtures for soap broke

Beautiful weekend in a very nice place.
Pros:

Beautiful location, quiet, scenic view. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and very responsive.

Breakfast foods nicely presented and quite good.

Cons:

Bus drivers didn't seem to know where the hotel was located.

Disappointing
Pros:

Clean and a good view, if you had a front room (which we did not).

Cons:

Poor room location considering great view advertising. Very cute inside but needs more amenities. Seems like it was designed for one occupant.
