The ladies at the front desk, the view from our room, right next door to the coffee in the morning.

The parking was very good and very lit from coming to your room at night, felt very very safe. Could park easily in front of our room.

Cons:

Nothing really, such bear bones, only a simple very old style doorknob. Did not feel safe to leave your things in the room while away. No decaf coffee, in all a sad little breakfast, except for a muffin. The desk clerk and the grounds keeper were not very helpful. I asked about them just buying decaf, but the coffee was made in a big pot and they said if I went to buy some for myself they would let me use a little drip coffeemaker.

Would have been nice to unpack our things and get comfortable

Location and easy to get to the park without fighting traffic

Cons:

Booking.com booked us in three different rooms for our four day stay! Not very convenient at all we were not able to unpack and relax

לא היה מיים חמים בחדר. המיים היו פושרים על סף קרים.
היחס של הצוות היה מכפיר. היגיע איש תחזוקה בדק מילמל משהו והלך. חיכיתי חצי שעה וחזרתי לקבלה . האשה בקבלה תקעה בי מבט משועמם ואמקה לי שהוא מתחזק והוא אמר שהכל בסדר. וסרבה לנסות לעזור.
יומיים התקלחנו עם מיים על סף קרים באוקטובר.
בושה.
החדר היה לא נקי
ארוחת בוקר בדיחה כמה מאפענס רטובים ותפוחים שעבר?זמנם.
וכל זה בכמעט 350 דולר ללילה

תתרחקו מעולם לא ראיתי יחס מזעזע כזה

Gorgeous, comfy and quiet so a great stay.
Pros:

Gorgeous view and clean and comfortable room. Sunrise on the deck was outstanding.

Cons:

Bathroom fixtures could use some updating and an ironing board and iron in the room would be lovely and maybe a small table as well.

A good motel but on the pricey side for what it is.
Pros:

Comfortable room. Great view from motel office of the bay. Breakfast included was a bonus.
Could walk to a couple of places to eat.

Cons:

A bit basic for the high cost.
Too far from Bar Harbor to be able to walk in.

Cons:

Could hear people walking in adjoining rooms - sounded like elephants marching . Advise get carpet . Breakfast was continential at best . Maybe advertise that more clearly so people don’t expect eggs and bacon . Cut the trees down to get better view of the ocean . It’s just a simple room with the basics . Don’t expect more and it’s really not a hotel it’s more a motel .

Location was OK, but I would not be a return visitor

The muffins were delicious!

Cons:

Rooms could use a bench or table to place items. I was surprised that the staff was so unfriendly other than a gentleman that assisted us one evening with fixing our TV. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to say good morning and good evening when a traveler that is paying money to stay at your accommodation.

Nice place minus the loud music.
Pros:

The beds and pillows were great! The bathroom amenities were also nice.

Cons:

INCREDIBLY LOUD music at a close venue played every night past 10:30 pm. Annoying to the point that you couldn’t watch TV because of the music.
