Manque de propreté, literies tâchées, trous dans les murs de salle de bain, capote et clopes dans les tables de chevet, linges de douches tâchées, pas de ventilation à la salle de bain donc mobilier gondolé, moisissure, plusieurs clopes dans le lavabo, emballage de capote et restes de produits utilisés dans le boîtier salle de bain... on aurait dit que les anciens occupants venaient de partir et que rien n a été changé. Extérieur complètement à l abandon ..

Alles. Das ist nen Stundenhotel mit Puff. Alles ranzig und dreckig. Überall Flecken und Haare von Fremden im Zimmer. Einfach nur Eckelhaft und abgefuckt. Sogar der Bettbezug hatte Löscher, der einzige Schrank war am auseinander fallen und noch voll mit mit alten Handtüchern und Klamotten. Kaltes Wasser zum duschen und waschen. Auch draussen alles versift und widerlich.
Für uns ganz klar NIE WIEDER!!!!

This is not a hotel – it’s a disgrace!

I booked this accommodation for a colleague through Booking.com, and the moment he arrived, it was clear that nothing matched the photos or description.

The bedding was full of holes, filthy, and completely wrinkled, like it hadn’t been washed in weeks.

The room and hallways were damaged, dirty, and poorly maintained – absolutely unhygienic.

The surroundings were unsafe, with suspicious individuals and apparent drug users loitering around the property.

There was NO reception desk – only a phone number provided, which no one answered, no matter how many times you call.

My colleague was forced to leave immediately and book another hotel, as it was impossible to stay in such horrific conditions.

This place is a total scam and a shameful stain on Booking.com’s reputation. Not only should it not have 3 stars, but it should be shut down until it meets even basic health and safety standards.

If you value your money, your time, and your personal safety – STAY FAR AWAY from this property.

It needs a lot of work to reach the standard a guest would expect!

-Prostitution and women doing sex webcams in all the rooms around me ( left, right and above me) . They were all over the hotel, shouting in Portuguese.
- Noise all night long, I couldn’t sleep ( women and male customers going in and out of room all night long, women shouting and making sexual noises, music and message notification all night) >> a nightmare
-Rooms are not isolated at all in terms of sound
- I had to change hotel last minute because I couldn’t stay in such a place
-The owners did nothing to refund me and said it’s not their responsibility, zero kind words or any gesture to apologize for my bad experience

No reception, a lot of noises during the night, 1 single person blanket for a king size bed that was on a box spring that was too small, smell of smoke from nearby rooms during the night. Someone knocked on our door at 2 o'clock at night. Wasn't able to reach the staff through the number. We left in the middle of the night because of all this.

It felt more like a hostel with en suite rooms than a hotel. There was no check in desk, the rooms were tired with stains over the bed frame and carpet. Although the bathroom was clean, overall for that price (close to £90!) I felt it was hugely disappointing and misleading.

It didn't feel very safe either. Almost no one around, the location close to industrial buildings, doors had only tiny lock and there was like an improvised roof terrace that spanned entire building outside of my window. As a single female traveller I decided to leave and find a different place. I didn't even try to get my money back. I just wanted to go somewhere where I can rest.

I was in a rush when booking and wrongly assumed that rating is out of 5 not 10. Don't recommend.
