Excellent accomodation particularily for an over night stay between flights.
Pros:

If your staying at the airport awaiting a flight particurily from Terminal D, this hotel is fantastic. Obviosly there isn't much to do at an airport but if you have time there is a fre shuttle to Grapvine which has some good food and shopping options.

Quality in all areas - spectacular rooftop pool with views - not ideal for a late night flight out!

Amazing Hotel! Quality, quality, quality! Staff were superb - the service and the food in the restaurant was top notch. The room was vary spacious, clean, modern and very well-appointed. We had a fantastic sleep in the wonderfully comfortable bed. The motorised blackout blinds and double glazing keep light and noise to an absolute minimum despite the fact that planes were taking off and landing on a regular basis. We loved the rooftop pool and the amazing views of the airside and runways with aircraft taking off and landing in full view. We also used the fitness centre, which is modern with an excellent range of equipment.

Cons:

It is disappointing that there is no 'Day Rate' available at the Grand Hyatt (our flight out was at midnight) and we had to transfer to the 'other' Hyatt for the rest of the day.

Cons:

I paid booking .com for the room in advance and the hotel charged my card again for the nights stay. No one seems to be able to do anything about this. Hyatt said booking.com never paid them. I am disputing it with my credit card co.
