Very disappointing
Pros:

The one time we met the manager he did seem very kind and helped us secure a taxi.

Cons:

Upon arrival the room was filthy with pubic hair all over the bathroom, garbage on the floor. We asked for the room to be cleaned (first time I have ever asked a hotel to clean upon arrival) and they did sweep and mop. The bathroom walls were covered in mold, other walls stained with I don’t know what. We got the upgrade that was supposed to have breakfast (we never had) and a balcony (no balcony) and access to a pool (pool was dry).

Pros:

Staff was very cordial and supportive. Food was excellent and the service was super fast.Arrangements by the resort for the vehicle to Jim corbett and for our return to Delhi was done properly. The car they arranged for our return to Delhi was neat and the driver was also very supportive.

Cons:

As we wanted two beds for our stay being two adults and two children, we were allocated a room in the ground floor. Though all the rooms in the first floor are new, the ground floor room appears to be old with multiple water seepage patches on the walls and with the smell usually accompanied with old rooms. The drain of the air conditioner in the front room is left open with the water draining right at the entrance of the room.
