It was great!
Pros:

Stay was amazing from check-in to check- out. Manager Gwen and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and provided very good customer service. They were always ready to assist with any queries and went the extra mile to personalize every request.
We stayed as a group of four, and everything was well taken care of, making our experience even more enjoyable.
The dinner served truly gave that island vibe fresh, and perfectly prepared.
It’s also one of the best sunset spots after a long day of diving, such a perfect place to sit and relax. The atmosphere is very quiet, making ideal for peaceful complete relaxation.

Pros:

L’hôtel a une magnifique vue sur la plage avec de très beau couchés de soleil ! A 10/15 min en scooter du centre, il est calme. Le personnel est adorable et les chambres sont biens. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons.

Dated and poor quality hotel
Pros:

Good location, a short walk from Corong Corong with excellent views across the bay. The property was free from exterior noise and had decent WiFi.

Cons:

- The bathroom was incredibly odd with the shower and toilet being in a separate cubicle to the rest of the bathroom. This was further compounded by the shower gel and shampoo being outside of said cubicle. The biggest issue was that the whole toilet/shower floor was constantly wet, as was the toilet seat.
- The breakfast, which for some reason you had to decide what and when to eat the day before, was incredibly poor quality and pretty much inedible. The coffee was the worst I have ever had in my life.
- Ancient air con (that was for some reason framed amongst a little curtain) was loud.
- In general a strange atmosphere and vibe in the hotel - quite hard to describe without experiencing it, but maybe the dated interior and odd layout.
- Overall, the place is very dated and in need of a full refresh.

Mysigt hotell med fantastisk utsikt
Pros:

Ett hotell med en fantastiskt vacker utsikt åt alla håll, från både balkongen och från restaurangen. Bra läge med närhet till El Nidos bästa strand Vanilla Beach. Riktigt god och generös frukost och supertrevlig personal. Sängarna var mjuka och sköna och ACn fungerade bra. Det fanns ett kylskåp i receptionen där man kunde köpa öl och chips mm till solnedgången.

Pros:

Chambre très agréable, propreté, clim, petite terrasse attenante à la chambre donnant sur terrasse très pratique pour le petit-déjeuner avec très belle vue et sur la plage, calme, personnel très agréable, petit-déjeuner très correct, parking à l'entrée. Situé un peu loin du centre ville mais au calme. Les touctouc sont disponibles partout de toute façon. Restaurants sur la plage à proximité.

An absolutely heartwarming stay with top-tier service and a peaceful atmosphere, we'll be back!!!!!!
Pros:

The staff were incredible, especially the receptionist who treated us like family and even offered to cook for us to help us save money. We loved the peaceful location just five minutes from town, which offered a perfect, quiet escape after a long day of tours. THE SUNSET IS NICE HERE!

Cons:

While the breakfast was delicious, more variety would be great for longer stays, and we’d love to see a full lunch/dinner menu since the cooking is so good! Also, the bathroom could use a few more racks or shelves for storage, and the bidet leak needs a quick fix to prevent floor flooding.

Жили на третьем этаже, были в троём в номере. Номер сам очень маленький 10 м2 не больше. Компенсировало разочарование вид из отеля, он прекрасен. Лучшая точка за закатом)
Завтрак по звонку, все хорошо. Персонал очень приветливый.

Pros:

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I was a solo traveller and they often kept me company and were just overall very warm and catering, thank you Gwen, Klang and Feyk. The location is good and they provide a lot of services like renting a scooter, kayak, booking trips etc.

L’emplacement est idéal face a la mer. Le personnel de l’établissement est très sympa, disponible et de bon conseil! Petit problème d’évacuation de l’eau dans le lavabo mais le soucis a été réglé en 10 mns :)

Séjour agréable
Pros:

Le coucher de soleil. La gentillesse du personnel. Le petit déjeuner mais il manquerait une proposition de poulet. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits.
La location du scooter. Le bon petit restaurant local sur le bord de la route.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite.
C est l hôtel le plus cher de notre séjour. Et on trouve que le rapport qualité prix n y est pas .
Pour contre carrer cela il y avait le beau couchè de soleil et la gentillesse du personnel.
