Gwen was fantastic.

La nostra host è stata fin da subito molto gentile. Grazie a lei siamo riusciti a prenotare un tour in barca e a noleggiare il motorino. Grazie a lei siamo riusciti anche a prenotare il transfer per l'aeroporto perciò il servizio è stato eccellente. La posizione era a 5 minuti di motorino dal centro di El Nido ma era favolosa per godersi al meglio il tramonto. La colazione era giusta. Molto apprezzata la sistemazione giornaliera della camera. Letto molto comodo.

Firstly, Gwen and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely out the way of the hustle and bustle of El Nido but very easy to get in on a TukTuk (150peso). The views were beautiful, especially from our sea view room. The free breakfast was lovely and we tried a few different options, a perfect start to our day. The room was clean and had everything we needed and the WiFi worked well. We booked our Tour via the hotel and had the option to hire a scooter too. It’s a pleasant walk on the beach to some of the bars and restaurants before El Nido which we loved - a quieter vibe.

Chambre simple mais bon rapport qualité prix, l’emplacement est très bien, proche en tricycle de la ville et de las Cabanas, l’établissement donne directement sur la plage, c’est très calme et les couchers de soleil sont somptueux, le personnel est très agréable, je recommande

Location is right at the peaceful beach, as well as breakfast area. Place was basic and clean, staff helpfull and nice.

Nice location in front of the beach, although, you cannot swim in, there, it is still nice to breathe see breeze. The friendliness of the staff who went above and beyond for me. Even though they don't offers meals, the manager went above her duties to cook vegan meals for my son and the food that I liked. I cannot fault this hotel at all. It was all worth it!

We had a third floor room and the view was amazing, the room was great for three of us, and the staff was outstanding! At every turn Gwen, at the front desk, was extremely helpful with organizing rides, and scooter rental. Gwen took care of those small details that made the stay special. All the other staff members were also so helpful and one whose name I can remember is Klung (?). Thanks so much to the team! Also, just to manage expectations, this is not a 5 star hotel, but a hotel that is very cost effective. The beach out front has beautiful sunsets and walking but not so good for swimming. Vanilla Beach is just a short ride down the highway and it is a great place to visit and swim with lots of amenities!

Staff super nice and helpful, ready to give you recommendations and info always with a warm smile.
Location is strategic: 4 minutes by tuktuk far away from Vanilla Beach and less than 10 from the chaotic El Nido downtown.
Surrounded by nice places where to have drinks at sunset (right in front of the hotel).
Sleeping with the waves sounds for me is a plus
Travelled solo and my room was quiete spacious

The only bright light of this facility is the manager who is going over herself to maintain and run this place. Very friendly and very helpful.
