perfect vacation at El Nido

Above and beyond customer service!
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and approachable, always ready to provide everything we needed throughout our stay.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering both Western and Filipino dishes that were genuinely delicious!

They also offered us discounts on island-hopping tours and their motorcycle rentals, which made exploring El Nido even more enjoyable.

Above all, the service stood out. Everyone, including the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Cons:

One minor inconvenience we encountered was with the bathroom door lock. It just locked itself every time we close it. On one occasion, we even had to call a staff member to unlock it for us so we could use the toilet. But overall, this wasn't a dealbreaker and did not affect our time with Desert Rose.

Lo único que nos gustó fueron las vistas! Nada más

Cons:

El personal no es amable, todo es muy viejo y roto. 3 días no pudimos ducharnos en condiciones. Íbamos a las duchas en la playa. La caldera no suelta más que unas gotas y para. Llamamos varias veces el personal y no solucionaron nada, incluso la última vez que le llamamos, ni aparecieron. Lleno de hormigas y nadie limpió la habitación durante nuestra estancia de 3 noches. Estamos llenos de granos. El edificio al lado está en obras, así que a las 8 de la mañana ya nos tenemos que despertar por ruido que hay.
Tengo vídeos pero no me deja subirlos, pero ya estoy hablando con Booking para tomar las medidas necesarias.
No hay condiciones mínimas. No recomiendo este alojamiento ni regalado!!!

Pros:

好可爱的房间钥匙。房间打扫的好干净。酒店每天都会问你明天想吃什么早餐，而且早餐很丰富，员工很用心对待每一位客人。房间虽然比较小，但是与网上公布相符，房间就在海边，每天可以看到日落，好漂亮。

Lovely location and best staff
Pros:

Beautiful location and sunset over the water every day. The receptionist Gwen was lovely and helpful with everything we did

Cons:

Our friends who had a separate room had a flooding issue but this was resolved really quickly and they got upgraded to a nicer room

Je suis reste quasiment 1mois dans cet hotel! J’ai adore cet endroit, j’ai adore le staff, Gwen et l’equipe de jour et de nuit. Ils sont discret et tres serviable on se sent chez soi et en famille !

Friendly staff, nice ocean view, and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

Beach area was full of trash and dog poop. No swimming allowed. Bathroom toilet wasn’t flushing. Room key was way too large to take anywhere. Beach water was murky.
