Good location for accessing Brisbane CBD. Fantastic views of the river from our room. Service was prompt if nothing else. A couple staff were exceptionally polite. Easy access to casino.
Overall, the hotel felt as though it was running out of money. Several services were out of order or replaced.
Staff were dismissive and without a sense of customer focus. We were treated as though we were an interruption or inconvenience.
Apparently, parking was covered with member points gathered throughout the day, however determining how these points were achieved is not clear and staff were not forthcoming with this information. We were also told that in order to receive the complementary parking for use of casino services we were to leave the car park and re-enter it every day. Rather inconvenient if you’re planning on just staying for a few days. Hotel staff and casino staff don’t seem to work in collaboration with each other. We certainly didn’t feel valued as patrons of the hotel or the casino.
For a new hotel, we were surprised at how uncomfortable the bed was.
The standard of this hotel room and stay was not in line with the daily rate. Certainly not value for money.

The plastic glasses across different bars was disgusting, the smell of deodoriser was sickly in all parts of the hotel, some staff were rude, casino feral and disgusting, signature dishes sold out, valet parking changed car settings-radio and air con,

Clean, friendly staff, valet parking, absolutely amazing service and excellent building and lay out! Great food!
In-house dining food was cold.
Make sure you have checked out on time as your cards become blocked and you can’t return to reception from the sky view without going through the public access only.
Location, the view from the room and the Sky Bar, the facilities in the room and on site, the choice and options to dine.
You can also get a drink when you get back after a function.
For a newish hotel there are a few maintenace issues.
