Some very nice restaurants but cheaper food choices were poor ie Sparts Bar, Room service menu,

Cons:

Breakfast....Expensive, I would have preferred a buffet breakfast. I asked for a newspaper, the manager said that .."unfortuately we no longer have newspapers, they are old school". To which I replied "I must be at the wrong hotel".To which he replied "I'll send a concierge to get a newspaper for you." Nice reply except it never turned up.

Will definitely be back. 9/10
Pros:

Experience was immaculate, facilities 10/10, from the rooms to the leisure deck, sky deck and everything in between. The star have really built a flawless venue that creates a memorable experience.

Cons:

Some staff didn’t look happy, maybe pressure from management or understaffed but it was obvious that some employees were unmotivated which shows in areas throughout the venue.
