The swipe cards to get you in and out of the Hotel, up and down the lift, into the room were inefficient.
The rooms were in immaculate condition. Everything was super easy to find, the staff were lovely. The pool areas were super relaxing and the Isoletto Pool Club made some amazing cocktails!

We didnt stay longer!
The room is spacious and has nice Riverview. The pool area is very nice. Instead of having one big pool，it breaks it up into 3 separate pools to suite different needs so you’ve never felt the place to be crowded. There are sufficient space and privacy for everyone. The sauna and steam room are also great, we celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the hotel arranged something nice for us, which was much appreciated.
While the room was big, it did look a bit empty as there wasn’t much furniture in it. We also felt a bit odd that there wasn’t a bath tub for such a 5 star hotel.
I went to the gym, the water dispenser was empty. I told the staff there, she didn’t know how to replace it. She told the manager who came and apologised and told me he couldn’t find someone to do it and ask me to get water elsewhere. I felt that’s not acceptable for a 5 star hotel.
After check in and parked our car in the car park, we got into the lift with our bags, but our room key didn’t work and couldn’t get to our floor. In the meantime, Other people got the lift to the leisure deck we went out there. I asked my husband to wait there, I went down to the reception to check the key, then I was told that we used the wrong lift. We should have used the lift for tower 2 but we used the lift for tower 1. However there was no sign to tell people which tower the lift goes to. We checked both lifts. Both have no sign. This could be very confusing for guests. I had to go up the lift on tower 2 because my key won’t work on lift for tower 1, then walk through the leisure deck to tower 1 to get my husband. It took me a couple of rounds to figure out how to get from one to the other. The experience wasn’t pleasant at all upon check in.
