Exceptional hospitality and a beautiful atmosphere!
Pros:

The amazing hospitality of the entire staff; they are incredibly helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, beautiful, and perfect for our vacation.
The hotel has it all: easy bike/motorbike rentals, seamless temple tours, a cool art gallery, and a relaxing massage service. Plus, the food is great and the two pools are perfect for cooling off.

The hotel is beautiful but the Staff made our stay outstanding!
Pros:

Decoration and overall style was very nicely done. The yard where the dinner and tea happens was our favourite spot! But the staff takes the price. Sofía made us feel cared for and welcome at all times and we were always greeted with a smile and the best vibes. Extra shout out for the team who helped me solve an issue after an atm somewhere else that kept my card. The team helped me solve it, within an hour I had my card back.

Outstanding care and genuine thoughtfulness. Superb hotel
Pros:

Outstanding customer service from all the staff. Sofia and her colleagues were so caring, knew us by name and our preferences. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped organise anything we needed help with and made it so easy. Our trip was genuinely transformed for their care.

One of the most beautiful hotels in an absolutely perfect location in Siem Reap! Everything exceeded expectations – from the atmosphere to the outstanding service.

The staff truly deserves special praise. Incredibly kind, warm, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. They make you feel valued from the very first moment until departure. Honestly, they elevated the entire experience to another level.

A big advantage is the tuk-tuk service directly from the hotel – always available, professional, and most importantly, they know all the tours perfectly. There’s absolutely no need to book anything through third-party services, as everything can be arranged easly and without any complications at the hotel.

Nothing but praise – and once again, a huge thank you to the amazing staff for making the stay unforgettable!
