The Community - Siem Reap

Struttura curata, camera accogliente e molto pulita. Letto un po' duro ma comunque comodo. Lo staff è il punto forte, ragazzi giovani, tutti gentilissimi e sorridenti, pronti ad aiutarti in qualsiasi cosa. Fuori dalla struttura, tuk tuk sempre a disposizione con prezzi concorrenziali. Buona la colazione.

The Community exceeded all expectations. Dalin made out stay the BEST ever. She helped plan three days at the Temples and surrounding areas. The hotel tuk tuk drivers were the BEST. We loved every minute of our stay here. The breakfast is excellent. There are two pools that are perfect - one on the main area shaded and one on the roof for sunshine. I loved being a little out of town and closer to the temples. Thanks to Dalin and her team for everything. Perfect Stay!!

We recently stayed at The Community - Siem Reap and overall had a really good experience.

The first thing that stood out was the entrance and reception area — it’s absolutely beautiful and creates a very welcoming first impression. The design feels thoughtful and inviting, and it immediately sets a positive tone for the stay. All of the staff were extremely nice, helpful, and friendly throughout our visit. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of.

We rented a luxury king room. The room was very simply decorated, but it was spacious enough and comfortable for our needs.

One small downside was the view from our window and balcony, which faced another building. Because of that, we needed to keep the curtains closed for more privacy. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s something to keep in mind.

The swimming pools looked bigger in the pictures online. In reality, they are quite small and a bit more compact than expected. They’re still nice for a quick dip, just not as large as they appear in promotional photos.

Overall, we had a good stay. The beautiful reception area and the genuinely kind, helpful staff really made the experience enjoyable. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Siem Reap.

We loved everything about this place, especially the staff. Before coming to Cambodia, I was honestly a bit hesitant because of some news I had read. But once we arrived in Siem Reap, it exceeded all our expectations. We felt safe throughout our stay, and even more so at The Community.

The staff constantly made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves, from the very moment I booked the rooms (they replied with such a heartfelt message) until the day we checked out. They even upgraded both of our rooms, which was such wonderful news for my mom and our family. Their hospitality is truly exceptional. My mom’s comfort was my top priority, and she genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We booked everything through them, from temple-hopping tuktuk services to short rides around town, in-room massage services, and dinner at their restaurant. Everything was seamless and well-organized. My mom even fell in love with their teapot, and we were so happy we could buy one to take home.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, yet still peaceful. The rooms are fabulous and very thoughtfully designed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Community. The rooftop pool was great after a day exploring the temples.The staff were amazing, in particular Jessie.

Beautiful hotel on the road to Angkor temples. The staff is amazing and it is jut a beutiful place to stay.

Everything about the stay was incredible, it was such a beautiful hotel and the staff were so attentive and lovely.

アンコールワットに近いので、自転車で行けた。プールは小さいが、小規模なので、あまり混んでいなくゆっくりできた

We, a party of 8, stayed at The Community, from Jan 6 to Jan 9. I want to take the time to thank all the staff at The Community for the warm hospitality, incredible assistance, never-ending help and a friendly environment. All of that made our visit so much pleasant and smooth. They were always ready to help, answering questions again and again. They were quite accommodating and flexible to design a tour that suited our requirements. It was such a pleasure staying at their nice facility. The rooms were clean. Even though the place was on the busy main road, it was very calm. They also arranged a van for our entire trip from picking up at the airport to dropping us back at the airport. They also gladly arranged tuk tuks which were always available outside the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and members of the staff were always ready to help with any request that we had. The pleasant, friendly and kind service is something none of us will forget. The driver (Chamroen) and the guide Leaphen were more than wonderful. The guide was awesome with his deep knowledge of the history and information and was also very friendly and flexible with a great sense of humor. The food was decent although repetitive. The stay, van and guide combined for great value for our moeny. Once again, entire team made this trip a very memorable and comfortable one.

It was the people who made my stay truly fantastic. Regina abd the other ladies at the reception, restaurant and common areas were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help in any way possible.
It is a convenient location on the road to Angkor wat and the other temples, and within a 10-minute walk of the must-see Museum. Cinveniently they have their own in-house drivers with tuktuks and, cars to take you on tours and anywhere you want to go. Basically priced in line with Grab.

The updated French colonial house made for a very suitably atmospheric stay and it is simply but well decorated with local carvings and paintings. High ceilings, and my room was double-sized, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Restaurant on the spot is open for 3 meals a day plus I had a free "tea" included at 15h30 daily, served in the bar area where you can meet fellow travellers and try local teas and snacks.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The staff was amazing, Regina our concierge was the best!
