This hotel has all of the requirements for a good comfortable hotel. Large rooms have good facilities and good water pressure. BUT...
There are no cleaning staff, and the rooms, even from a male perspective, are dirty. Dust on furniture, hair, and empty shampoo cachets in the shower and no automatic daily room service. You have to ask.
Eigenlijk niets
We konden het hotel niet vinden. Stond nergens aangegeven.
Toen we om half 11 ‘‘s avonds thuis kwamen was er een stalen deur naar beneden gedaan en was de ingang niet te openen. Er was ook niemand aanwezig, terwijl er een 24 uurs service zou zijn. We hebben toen een half uur moeten wachten voordat er iemand kwam.
Zou dichtbij het centrum zijn, terwijl dat 2 km was.
Kortom gewoon slecht.
Giường đệm rất thoải mái, nằm không nóng lưng.
Vệ sinh phòng kém. Nvs không cọ! Thiếu tiện nghi không thay đồ dùng cá nhân. Cạnh đường lớn nên khá ồn.
The bed was very comfy.
The room wasn’t clean, toilet was still dirty. Bed sheets were clean but were all crumpled so did not look fresh. There was mosquitos constantly all over the room and we did not have any doors open. The table was very dusty and floors dirty.
The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. The area is not really for tourists, I should have just done a trip out of Hanoi to see the sights.
The cups and glasses were used and dirty, no toilet paper and there was someone else’s blood on the doona cover. The staff changed my cover on the bed but left my rubbish bins full, didn’t properly make the bed and left all the dirty glasses unwashed when they returned.
The apartment was reasonable. Clean and respectable.
The location was only average. It was an apartment style, not a hotel.
It is clean and comfortable and has everything you need including a good location with lots of places to eat. They have a coffee shop on the ground floor but I never saw anyone in it. Has a small cool box not a fridge and has a hairdryer for any ladies wanting to know!
The aircon takes a while to get going but when it did it was good. It was also unprecedentedly hot so that is to be expected.
Their location is very convenient. There were so many stores and restaurants around and just 10min walk can bring us to the walking street.
The facilities are quite old although they tried to keep them clean. And the room is just a little bit small.
The staff is very cheerful and helpful, good location, near to the ancient city, spaceful bathroom with hot water anytime, wish could stay there longer
I would like to have a harder matrass on bed
Had a wonderful stay here. The bed was extremely comfortable. Moreover, the location was ideal as it was walking distance to restaurants and parks. The host was very responsive as well.
