My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. As a solo traveler, I felt my security was seriously compromised. The in-room safe wasn’t working, and despite complaining at night, no engineer ever came. The next morning, even though I had continuous bookings, I was made to change rooms — not once but three times during a two-night stay. Shockingly, they even gave me a connecting room, which is completely unacceptable for a solo guest.

The service overall was terrible — requests for laundry or even something as simple as ice were ignored for ages, and staff seemed confused or indifferent. For the high prices they charge, the experience was far below expectations. I would strongly advise against staying here.
