Toilet seat is not properly fitted. Towels provided are not absorbent but it is clean.

Our stay at this property exceeded expectations, largely thanks to the host's exceptional responsiveness. She was incredibly easy to reach that enhanced our stay.
As pet owners, we particularly appreciated the genuinely pet-friendly environment. The space felt welcoming for our furry companion, with thoughtful touches that showed the host truly understands traveling with pets. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.
The combination of excellent communication and a truly accommodating atmosphere for pets made this a stress-free getaway. We would definitely book again and recommend to other pet-owning travelers.
The only minor drawback was that the WiFi could be a bit spotty at times.
Overall, we liked the area , it's just next door to the Venice grand canal , , quiet and the unit is very cozy and homey , clean and we would like to stay here again . The host was excellent, she's reachable and very friendly/ helpful .
Nothing really
Location is top notch, we're literally few steps to the Grand Canal. The view from the balcony is great, wonderful place to relax during your lazy evenings. Room is great size, have everything we needed, clean and staffs are friendly. We feel comfortable and secure, I leave valuables in the room and not worry about it unlike other places we've stayed.
There is nothing to dislike except 2 suggestions have a couple of teabags or coffee in the room for the guest. Its always nice to have something to drink when you're settling in.
A signage within the vicinity showing where the building entrance is, on both times we are being picked up our transport has to go around 2X to find the building entrance. 😩
Location and amenities
Logging in the front desk requires too much personal information from us. Had to fill out 4 pages to check in
The location is conveniently near the mall and other establishments. The amenities are complete, and although we haven't tried the pool. The check-in procedure was smooth, and the owner was very approachable and helpful when we had concerns about the television. The room is clean, and the wifi is strong. It would be even better if more hangers were provided, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. 👌🫶
