Bad experience
Pros:

The location is good and has parking available nearby , the staff was friendly

Cons:

The room facility was so bad expected at least a mirror on the wall but none, no plug point, the bathroom was way small and not user friendly at all

Kapseln waren groß, man hatte einen Spiegel, Ventilator und eine Steckdose. Die Lage ist perfekt 👌

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es sehr kalt. Die Badezimmer hätten sauberer sein können.

Book elsewhere, it's not worth it.
Pros:

Located in the central part of Georgetown (walking distance to most downtown attractions). Near many shops, restaurants etc.

The reception area looked nice. That's where anything positive about this place started and ended...

Cons:

After visiting many countries and staying in numerous establishments of various quality, I am sorry to say that this one was by far the worst. I can't understand all the positive reviews which makes me wonder if they are authentic.

By no accommodation categorization in any country in the world would this place be called a hotel. It's a hostel at most, and not a very good one.

The room was dirty and there were spider webs on the walls. The private bathroom was a plastic cabin where you could hardly turn around.

By the population I encountered, the place had a feeling of an elderly home. You could hear clearly disgusting sounds that the elderly Asian people were making without any consideration or awareness of the other people staying there. Nearly no sound proofing or isolation as you could hear everything going on in the hall as well as in the nearby rooms.

I checked out the shared bathrooms from curiosity and they were filthy.

El peor alojamiento de todos mis viajes. No lo recomiendo para nada horrible

Nada. Fue una experiencia horrible y tuvimos que irnos teniendo pagas más noches, a otro hotel

Cons:

Estoy acostumbrada a viajar y sin duda de los peores alojamientos de mi vida. La habitación estaba llena de bichos que picaban por la noche, muchísimo ruido, los baños aunque pongan que son privados no lo son, tienes unos cubículos compartidos horribles y sucios. Cuando llegamos nos quisieron dar una habitación con la luz rota y pretendían que se quedara así y tuvimos que discutir para poder cambiar de habitacion y con malas caras, pretendían q estuviéramos con linterna por lo visto. Las sábanas se notaban que eran del anterior huésped y olían muy mal. Una experiencia horrible y tuvimos que irnos perdiendo el dinero y cogiendo otro hotel para la siguiente noche. No lo recomiendo para nada porque sigo con cicatrices de las picadas. De las peores noches de mi vida
