Somewhat disappointing and although people were mostly helpful, I would not recommend Vinh as a destination
Pros:

A reasonable unit, comfortable but it says has balcony and it doesn’t. It is a caged small area with the air conditioner and a wash up basin so not usable as a balcony.

Cons:

This area of Vinh is beachside catering exclusively to tourists groups, only hotels and with wall to wall seafood restaurants and no street vendors and no variety. If you venture further you can find an area popular with locals with locals food variety
