I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for an absolutely wonderful stay at your property from 25th June to 30th June, booking by the name of Varun Chhabra. Every aspect of our experience exceeded our 5-star expectations.
I want to specifically commend Kavita, the Reservation Manager. She went above and beyond during the booking process.Thanks to her meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication, our room arrangements were flawless.
Furthermore, the rest of your staff truly embodies world-class hospitality. I was particularly impressed by Ishan at the front desk, he went out of the way with all the arrangements and also helped us with best places to visit which made our stay rememberable.
Every staff member we encountered was professional, warm, and highly anticipatory of our needs. The seamless coordination between the reservations team and the on-ground staff made us feel incredibly valued at every turn.
Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We look forward to returning to gateway Goa soon and would surely recommend to others as well!

Fantastic Stay with family
Pros:

The hospitality of the hotel was top notch every single person would welcome you with a smile and ready to help you always.I requested for the early check in which was also accomodated.

Cons:

The complimentary shuttle service which they advertise and provide timings are not visitor friendly,last drop at 11 am and last pick up at 7pm is not ideal.This is something they need to look into.

Exceptional hospitality from start to finish. Every single member of staff we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The level of service was truly top-notch, and we were made to feel welcome and thoroughly pampered throughout.

A special thank you to Umakant at Reception, and to Pooja and Mariam in the restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. They are a real credit to the hotel.

It was also a pleasure to meet and chat with the Managing Director, Amit—a very humble and approachable Goan gentleman. Taking the time to speak with guests reflects the fantastic culture and leadership behind the hotel.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

The staff exemplify helpfulness, politeness, and diligence, creating a seamless experience as they work in harmony at the front desk and throughout the dining areas. Cons:

Local transport options are quite limited. Although the hotel offers complimentary rides to various beaches for guests, easy movement around the area is still not accessible. The hotel should communicate with the local Goa administration to address this issue.

I had an incredible experience filled with relaxation & memorable moments.
Pros:

Lot of variety and taste was also good. The staff was very helpful and they provided personal attention to all the guests .
