overall everything was awesome.
Pros:

Everything from location to facilities to hospitality to cleanliness to food were excellent. Would love to stay here everytime I visit this place.

Cons:

They were charging for access to certain amusement things such as snooker/table tennis which should be complementary for the guests. Further, pool timing should have been extended as it stopped at 8 pm.
