Good and modern hotel for reasonable price
Pros:

Good and new hotel, very clean and modern along with national specialties.
Stuff are very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast are exceptional. Location is good but and they also have shuttles to beach.

Cons:

Faced with strange problems for my room I have booked for 3 people.
Initially room was ready only for 2 people and stuff ignored all my requests to prepare room for 3.
Also after cleaning they are always leave accessories only for 2 people even there was 3 in room

Pros:

Хорошее обслуживание. Очень внимательные, улыбаются. Хорошее питание. Отель новый, места достаточно. Хороший бассейн и вид из номера (берите номера с видом на море).

Cons:

Было пару моментов когда приносили меньше полотенец чем должны были. Как то заказали ужин в номер и нам принесли не все блюда, что мы заказали в ресторане.
В общем изредка нужно что то корректировать в их работе.

I'm currently enjoying an incredible stay at the Gateway Goa Palolem and couldn't be happier with my choice. The room is immaculate and well equipped with everything we'd need, toiletries, a dental kit, and a coffee station, bottled wather, delicious breakfast is included. The balcony view is simply stunning.
The service is what really stands out, and a huge thankyou to KOUSIK at the front desk, who was incredibly courteous and ensured a smooth check in. Special appreciation also goes to lovely MARIUM from the restaurant team, who was so welcoming and provided friendly service, also to SWAYAM S from the room service team, who makes our room spotless.
The entire team made us feel like at home. Thank you to all of you.
We will definitely be back! 🙏

Would stay again, originally booked 3 nights and stayed for 7.
Pros:

Location, if you want somewhere quiet, but easy access via provided mini bus or tut tut to local busier beach areas. Hotel is quite small which was excellent for us.

Cons:

Not many loungers around the pool area, and the lawn area has no shade.

Хороший отдых в отеле Gateway!
Pros:

Современный большой отель. Высокий уровень сервиса. Замечательный персонал, особенно хочется отметить персонал ресторана и работников на ресепшен. Бесплатный трансфер на три близлежащих пляжа. Хороший бассейн. Рекомендую для отдыха на пляжах Юга Гоа.

Cons:

Выдают один ключ на номер. Лифт активируется только ключом, неудобно пользоваться, если один человек остается в номере, а второй захотел посетить бассейн или ресторан. Правда всегда можно обратиться к персоналу на ресепшн и они обязательно помогут. Еще, часто бесплатный трансфер с пляжа в отель приходит не по графику с опозданием на полчаса - час.

The location was most appropriate for the purpose of our visit to temples in Ponda, Partagaii and North Karnataka.
Pros:

The location, facilities, amenities and staff were exceptional. The offerings for the price was excellent. The access to the beach was very good with services from the property. The staff were very courteous and always keen to help. The dining facilities and choices were very good for the stay and reasonably priced.
