Location is good,
Staff are really helpful and friendly.
Overall the stay was comfortable, the food was nice and the buffet spread was good with decent variety. The staff was friendly and displayed excellent customer service. Special mentions: Pankaj, Marium, and Tamra (cannot recall the name but she was the receptionist).
The rooms was overall visibly clean but the drain of the bathroom was a bit clogged, a small of piece of the plaster on the ceiling fell off a bit and the floor of the balcony feels a bit sticky. The beach shuttle was a bit on the rougher side with was fine but can be improved.
Very good and location should have been closer to Beach then it would have been fantastic

Food was overpriced and not very good, including breakfast buffet which had a variety but quality was a bit less. Would have liked the rooftop bar to be open
Our second stay in this property. It was a good stay. The staff were amazing. The property is about 10 mins walk from the Rajbagh beach - however it offers pick-up/drop services to Rajbagh , Patnem and the Palolem beaches. Having said that it is about 6 mins from the Talpona beach. All in all - great stay. Special mention on the great breakfast and dinner spreads!

I want to specifically commend Kavita, the Reservation Manager. She went above and beyond during the booking process.Thanks to her meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication, our room arrangements were flawless.
Furthermore, the rest of your staff truly embodies world-class hospitality. I was particularly impressed by Ishan at the front desk, he went out of the way with all the arrangements and also helped us with best places to visit which made our stay rememberable.
Every staff member we encountered was professional, warm, and highly anticipatory of our needs. The seamless coordination between the reservations team and the on-ground staff made us feel incredibly valued at every turn.
Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We look forward to returning to gateway Goa soon and would surely recommend to others as well!

The hospitality of the hotel was top notch every single person would welcome you with a smile and ready to help you always.I requested for the early check in which was also accomodated.
The complimentary shuttle service which they advertise and provide timings are not visitor friendly,last drop at 11 am and last pick up at 7pm is not ideal.This is something they need to look into.

Excellent location with access to all good beaches and the team made it so convenient to check out the beaches with transport, etc
The bar on one of the higher floors had some very promising cocktails rendered by the enthusiastic team behind the bar!

Exceptional hospitality from start to finish. Every single member of staff we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The level of service was truly top-notch, and we were made to feel welcome and thoroughly pampered throughout.
A special thank you to Umakant at Reception, and to Pooja and Mariam in the restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. They are a real credit to the hotel.
It was also a pleasure to meet and chat with the Managing Director, Amit—a very humble and approachable Goan gentleman. Taking the time to speak with guests reflects the fantastic culture and leadership behind the hotel.
