Le réceptionniste a été très attentif à nos multiples demandes et y a répondu avec une grande gentillesse.

Situé face à un lac, sur lequel se trouvent deux anciens pavillons d'architecture de style vietnamien reliés par un pont en pierre où de magnifiques photos à effet miroir peuvent être réalisées, sans oublier d'aller en faire à l'une des + belles pagodes khmères : la pagode Xiêm Can.
Location was good and it was a very quiet area for the most part. Staff were helpful and friendly.
We stayed in a room that was next to the electrical closet and was incredibly loud at night. They moved us to an upgraded room for no additional charge, which was really great.

breakfast place in fact was subcontracted to a nearby cafe ( King Cafe ) that their food & services were surprisingly good and the girl serving at the King Cafe was beautiful and speaking good English
1. prefer to have a better English speaking staff at counter
2. it will be wonderful if the open air launch can serve soft drinks / coffee in the afternoon

The property was new, and you can tell very carefully crafted and designed
Each hotel guest gets a voucher for breakfast at the King Cofffee shop that's next door to the hotel. The area where the hotel and coffee shop are located are clearly "out of place" in relationship to what surrounds it. We sat down to eat, and noticed right away the locals who hang out there are just slightly more affluent than the average citizen there, and they sat around staring at us, pointing and laughing at us, and at one point one of the local Karens who was wearing a lot of jewelry (typically a sign they are loan sharks who take advantage of poor people, or lottery ticket pimps) looked at me and my partner, pursed her lips at me, and started yelling really loud at us, thinking we wouldn't know what they were saying, but we speak Vietnamese. She was making fun of my clothes, and talk about my looks. Which was ironic because she was a highly unattractive woman with cheap, fake designer clothes. I won't be returning to this part of town, only because of the nouveau riche "Real Housewives of Bac Lieu" that hang out around the hotel, and likely own it.
Truong, the receptionest, was amazing! So helpful and kind. I arrived tired and hungry and he was very understanding and helpful.
