It was horrible experience as the hotel denied stay last minute. They were trying to get more money

Nothing,

Cons:

The hotel refused our stay stating they will not allow online entries. Even when we had given half of the money in online payment. We had to insist as it was late at night. Since it was one extreme corner or Bhopal, there were no options nearby either. As they claim to be within 5kms of Bhopal centre, they are 14 kms away

Location is good of hotel , just on the main road. But the property is not maintained.
Cons:

Washroom was in pathetic shape. Initially hotel denied booking through booking. Com after intervention of customer care they allotted one room

Pros:

The Place is so good. Net and cline fully vintage and confortable rooms clean bathrooms and faclity is ok.
Staff is so polite and present at the call

Cons:

The i didn't like is extra charge on 1 hr early chek in because we have cheked out 6 hrs early we chekd in at 11:00 AM and ceked out at 10:30 PM but they charges us 700 extra . And our payble amount sawed in bill is 2100. So i dont like that.
