Pros:

Клиентоориентированность и радушие персонала. Расположение нормально ! Новый отель!

Cons:

При предоплаченном бронировании сделали отмену ! А потом позднее подтвердили бронирование уже по другой более высокой цене

Piccolo hotel molto curato con personale accogliente e gentile .Siamo arrivati molto tardi e ci hanno fatto arrivare la cena in hotel .

Pros:

Everything was awesome. One the best experiences regarding guest treatment. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was good. But the best was the staff which was very helpful all the time and in free time even helped me to learn armenian. Will for sure come back :)

Buen hotel
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien, con camas cómodas y un baño muy completo. El desayuno variado, con fruta, crepes, yogurt, etc. Pedimos unas tortillas y nos las hicieron con gran amabilidad.
Puedes ir andando al centro en cosa de 15 minutos.
Es un edificio pequeño sin ascensor.
El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

La calle a la que daba la habitación es muy concurrida y se escucha el sonido desde la habitación. Muchos coches durante el día y la noche.

Отель мне понравился . Небольшой , но очень уютный . Чистота - на высшем уровне. В номере было всё, что нужно и заявлено в описании отеля - халат, тапочки , фен, чайник , чай/кофе, душевые принадлежности .Уборка и замена полотенец каждый день. ( моя благодарность Арминэ).
Завтраки - моя слабость и здесь они были разнообразные и всегда очень вкусные. Лилит , отдельное спасибо Вам за выпечку ( каждое утро новый десерт ).
Хочу поблагодарить весь персонал отеля - очень тёплые и дружелюбные люди, подскажут и помогут в каких- либо вопросах . Гагику- отдельная благодарность 🫶
С удовольствием рекомендую гостям Еревана проживание в The House Hotel Yerevan.
Уверена - вы останетесь довольны .💖

Pros:

Расположен не далеко от главной достопримечательности города и парка. Вежливый персонал, всегда чисто и вкусно пахнет в номере.

Cons:

Здание потряхивает от проезжающих мимо фур, но это бывает очень редко.
