Clean and comfortable hotel with tasty food and drinks and very friendly staff!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Air conditioning was good. Free drinking water was fantastic! The bar downstairs has a fantastic vibe and the drinks were delicious! Food was pretty good. We didn't have breakfast any of the mornings but the selection looked delicious! The tram brought us straight from the door of the hotel to the train station. It also seems to go straight to the airport.

Cons:

If you are coming to Florence during the heatwave, be aware that getting to any of the tourist sites means a tram for a couple stops and then a 10-15 walk. Not a negative on the hotel, but just something to be aware of during this heat that there are still walks involved, even when you take the tram.

L’hôtel est très joliement décoré. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et agréables !

Cons:

Le bruit des machines à laver qui tournent en permanence et qui s’entend dans notre chambre.
Hôtel qui n’est pas dans l’hyper-centre (prendre bus C1).

We had a wonderful stay at Ruby Bea in Florence! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, modern, stylish and has such a lovely atmosphere.

Cons:

The location was also great for exploring Florence, and we really enjoyed the whole experience. What we loved most was the relaxed, young and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

We would definitely stay here again without a second thought. Highly recommended! 10/10 ❤️🇮🇹

Μας άρεσαν οι όμορφοι μεγάλοι χώροι, η ζεστασιά που ανέπνεε ο χώρος στην είσοδο με τα βιβλία, η φρεσκάδα και η ζωντάνια του προσωπικού.

Cons:

Δυστυχώς είναι τεράστιο μειονέκτημα που δεν παρέχεται μίνι μπαρ στα υπνοδωμάτια, ειδικά τώρα στους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες.
Επίσης δεν διαθέτει επικοινωνία με την υποδοχή του ξενοδοχείου μέσω τηλεφώνου καθώς επίσης δεν παρέχεται room service.

Pros:

Very welcoming. Clean + modern rooms with air con. Lobby space comfortable + serves food and drinks

Cons:

The location being 20 mins from the center seemed ok when booking. But... In 40° heat, the walk was not easy. We did know this when we booked however
