Fantastic over all stay
Pros:

Location and connectivity was fantastic , very modern and clean property and was very cool as had very nice vibe . Rooms were big and very clean

Vincent at the reception along with other staff was great

Cons:

We checked in at 5 and the shower conical had drain blocked. As the plumber only came at 11 am the next day the check out time was already there but staff was not accommodating in terms of late check out that was unreasonable

Fantastic hotel. Strongly recommend.
Pros:

The friendly and welcoming staff made an immediate great impression. The decoration of the hotel lobby/bar created a very comfortable vibe. Everything was clean, high quality and better than we could have asked for.

Cons:

We eventually had to leave because our stay was over.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay. Room and bathroom are spacious and comfy.

Main attractions are within walking distance and there are also restaurants minutes away.

Cons:

For a four-star hotel, it’s surprising that the rooms don’t have a refrigerator or even complimentary bottled water. Although there is a water dispenser on the same floor, it’s not practical, especially during the night or if you’re already in your nightwear. Having a small refrigerator and water available in the room would make the stay much more comfortable and better reflect the standards expected of a four-star hotel.

A great quality hotel, great staff, exceptional service, multi lingual and great suggestions for restaurants
Pros:

The room was uber cool, spacious, view onto tne square, bathroom was a great dimension. The terrace was great. The bar , staff , service and drink choice great. Getting around the lifts and exits needed a bit of discipline but it worked out as a positive. Margot particularly was so helpful.the style of the bar WC and the Disabled WC was stylish.

Cons:

A kettle would be fine in tne rooms. I tried the galley and guzzled sparkling water from the tap. But I just think it was a little bit comp,icated to go up a floor to get water. The wardrobes had limited space because of ducting, as there was two of us it could have been an issue but because of the weather we were minimal.

Super hôte assezl proche du coeur de Florence
Pros:

Très bon hôtel un peu au nord de Florence, mais très facilement accessible grâce aux nombreux transports en commun qui s'arrêtent aux abords (tramway T2, bus C1, 12, 8...) la plupart permettent de rejoindre le coeur de Florence en une dizaine de minutes, il suffit de télécharger l'application AT Bus qui vous permettra d'acheter vos titres de transport dématérialisés et surtout, de prévoir votre trajet sans difficultés.
On peut également s'y rendre à pied en une vingtaine de minutes de marche environ.
L'hôtel en lui même est moderne et très propre, les chambres plutôt bien équipées. (Prévoir juste des chaussons, ils n'en fournissent pas, du moins en chambre Wahou).
Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur. Petit plus pour les rösties de pomme de terre, délicieuses. Je dirais juste qu'il manque des oeufs brouillés au choix du buffet.

Cons:

Rien du tout.
Toutefois le choix de décoration des chambres pourrait en surprendre plus d'un. Notamment avec l'organisation de la partie wc/salle d'eau qui donnent directement sur la chambre et ne sont pas isolées dans une pièce à proprement parler. On peut toutefois tirer un rideau devant la vitre de la douche pour se préserver un peu d'intimité.
Cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça, mais peut être étonnant au départ

Pros:

Great and friendly staff, spotless clean. Lovely room design, even had a guitar to rent. 😀 Relativelly close to Centro Storico. Would definitelly come again.
