Pros:

The feel of the hotel was great. The room was big and the air-conditioning in 35 degree heat was perfect. The staff I dealt with were wonderful and so helpful. Frederico got me a reservation at a resturant I hadn't been able to book before I left. Vincent, Alex and Luna could not have done more and were always happy to chat. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
