Pros:

Konumu ve doğası çok güzel bir hotel.Merkeze ulaşımı kolay…Yemekleri şahane..Tertemiz bir denize sahip.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit exzellentem Service, herzlichem Personal und einer wunderschönen Anlage – wir komme
Pros:

Besonders gefallen haben uns das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, der hervorragende Service sowie die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel. Auf jeden Wunsch wurde sofort eingegangen. Das glasklare Meer, der schöne Spa-Bereich und die gepflegte Anlage haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.

Cons:

Es gab für uns nichts zu beanstanden.

once you are there you understand why it is cheaper than other 5 star hotels
Pros:

Room size and view are very good/ Also live music is very good. Seaside is also good but super windy and sea is cold.

Cons:

place needs a lot of renovation it is definitely not 5 star standart. Pools are dirty and indoor pool facility area is very rusty dirty and need renovation.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, sodass ich mich bestens erholen und entspannen konnte. Alles war sauber und bestens organisiert. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Frau Berrin, die sich besonders um mich gekümmert hat und immer ein offenes Ohr für meine Anliegen hatte. Ihr Engagement und ihre herzliche Art haben meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Ren avkopplings semester med lugn och ro!
Pros:

Hotellet var helt fantastiskt, rent, lugnt och avkopplande! Stranden var jättefin och poolerna välskötta även så trädgårdarna. Själva Hotellet Trots sin 90 tals vibe hade GH Ontur mycket charm. Man märker att man haft en mycket duktig arkitekt som ritat hotellet!
Det var extremt rent och välhållet både på och i rummet, lobbyn , kring poolen men framför allt restaurangen! Restaurangen en var FANTASTISK! Maten var Turkisk med Internationella inslag. Där var MASSOR av gott att välja bland. Mycket duktiga kockar och professionella och vänliga serveringspersonal. Hotellets stolthet vilar alltid i personalens professionalitet och Grand Hotell Ontur ska vara mycket stolta över sin vänliga personal! Detta var min andra gång jag besöker hotellet, som sist var i 2008.
Rummen var och otroligt rena inget att anmärka på. 5 stjärnor!

Cons:

Soffgrupperna orangea och vita i den öppna ytan på plan 0 är utdaterad och samma 90 tals möbler som fanns i 2008 . (Alla som sett första Jurassic Park filmen, hotellet ger den viben ) Det är jättefint med gröna växterna men man behöver en touch upp på den ytan med lite mer kärlek och skötsel tex ena trappan
Påpeka att detta är inget negativ som drar ner intrycket men tycker i ett land som Turkiet där man har så mycket nytt och fantastisk inredning skulle det lätt kunna lösas med en ny image av en inredningsstylist. För just nu känns det som hotellet har alldeles för många olika stilar från våning till våning. Ett lyft är ett måste !

So this is not even a 2 stars hotel and it is falling apart… They charge you 5 star hotel prices then do not provide most basic amenities such as body shower, lotion etc. I called multiple times to ask for a simple body lotion but they said they can’t provide one. Hotel pools are closed at 6pm due to not having enough staff… Even the beach cafe/bar is closed at 6pm… Surreal. STAY AWAY!!

My stay was acceptable but not like what is promoted in booking.com and it is not a 5 star hotel

The building is nice and big property and sea access

Cons:

The property was very old need to be remodeled and major renovation. Safety precaution around the pool area inside the indoor pool was bad there is no rubber around pool and was slippery and I fell down and slip because of water and hurtled my elbow and ankle . Need more safety precautions. Need more people who speak English

-Τοποθεσία
-Περιορισμένες οι παροχές (δε λειτουργούσε το pool bar,δε σερβιραν φαγητό ούτε snack παρά μόνο στο bar της παραλίας στη διάρκεια της ημέρας)
-Την πρώτη ημέρα μας ξύπνησαν πολύ πρωί προκειμένου να καθαρίσουν ενώ τη δεύτερη ήταν αργά το μεσημέρι και τους αναζητούσαμε προκειμένου να γίνει η καθαριότητα του δωματίου
-Κυρίως στο βραδινό η κουζίνα ήταν παραδοσιακή τουρκική με ελάχιστες ευρωπαΐκες επιλογές.
