Worst. don't book this hotel. Waste of money

Cons:

To start with don't book your stay at hotel o White Town formerly known as seascape residency. Our stay at seascape residency was anything but pleasant. We arrived at 9 am when our check in time was 12 noon
1. They refused to keep our luggage in the hotel cloak room before check in time
2. No washrooms were provided to freshen up and this was a major inconvenience for us
3. The rooms are dark, dimly lit and dingy. Nothing like what is shown in the pictures
4. Curtains have holes in them
5. Toiletries were not there in the room, provided only on asking. They have one towel. On requesting for extra towel, they refused to provide.
6. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided
7. Loud music was being played (I think it was by the staff at the reception) which was a disturbance
8. Staff was unfriendly and uncooperative. They were acting like they're doing us a favour by hosting us at their property.
9. Washrooms were smelly and dirty and by the look of it, looks like they haven't washed it in a very long time
In summary, our stay was terrible at best.
