Staff are very nice
Rooms are small not like photos
Расположение отеля очень удобное, в отеле и номере очень чисто. Персонал вежливый. Это единственные плюсы.
В номере люкс очень большая и удобная кровать, но с одной стороны она стоит вплотную к окну и это неудобно, также поэтому только одна прикроватная тумбочка. Всего 2 розетки на номер. Столик и 2 стула стоят под кондиционером, сидеть некомфортно, можно простудиться. В номере есто миникухня, но она абсолютно пустая. Зачем? Туалетная комната узкая и тесная. Унитаз стоит напротив душевой кабины и дверь в душевую при открытии упирается в унитаз, тесно входить и выходить из душевой кабины. Только одно зеркало в номере, в ванной комнате над раковиной.
Завтрак очень скудный. На 2-х человек: 3 кусочка сыра, 3 кусочка масла, оладьи тоже 3 штуки. Почему только 3?
Ячница каждому. Кофе это просто вода.

Не работала пульт от кондиционера. Постоянно приходилось вовлекать персонал, чтобы включить и выключить.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the old town. Rooms were spacious, new and super comfortable. The staff were lovely and so very serviceable and helpful. Loved the fresh homemade breakfast. It made our visit to Baku unforgettable
The location in the walled city (once we finally had checked in.) The breakfast, which is the same every day. The staff were fabulous & really helpful
The property advertises a lift, which is why we chose it. However when we arrived we were put in a building next door with no lift therefore it was very hard to get a heavy bag upstairs 3 floors with a narrow stairway as well.
*** Also to note for booking.com AND other future customers...which I strongly express, is not the properties fault at all, the taxi drivers were unwilling to enter the walled city as there is a fee. We pre booked taxis on booking.com from the airport to the hotel & vice versa, however to find & get to the property with heavy bag uphill on cobbled streets after a 28 hr trip was frustrating & difficult as we were dropped outside the wall as had no cash to pay this, PLUS we had to get the very helpful staff to intervene on the phone to the driver who picked us up, to get him to come to the hotel. And he was very late as appeared he took another fare 1st then got stuck in heavy traffic, causing us concern over making our flight. The fee is 3 manat, not a lot, so they could unclude that in their taxi pricing!!***

А вот что не понравилось , неудобное расположение номера , неудобные ступеньки ( с учетом что я была с маленькими детьми и пожилой мамой) , вместо обещанного двухуровневого номера площадью 51 кв , была комната меньше 16 кв ( только тесный санузел ) и большая двуспальная кровать , и по 40 см прохода вокруг нее и все !!!! Когда спрашивала где второй уровень - они сказали что видимо я не верное прочла ( но как они собирались принимать туда двух взрослых и двоих детей непонятно) …отдых был испорчен с самого начала этим отелем …
Everything was top-notch! The staff were attentive and caring — all whims and wishes were fulfilled promptly and precisely! The homemade breakfasts were delightful, the room design was immaculate, and the cleanliness was sparkling! The location is extremely convenient. Overall, after experiencing all of this, I want to return to Baku and this hotel again and again.

There was no
One staff member, of whom sadly I didn't get his name was absolutely great. He was very attentive and even walked with me and took me to a place to eat when I asked for suggestions. He was extremely helpful every time I happened upon him. Be it with wifi, airport shuttle, recommendations, town history and pleasant to be around. I wish I had his name, so I can call him out. I have met two people on the reception, the one I am talking about is young, the other one even younger (at least I think so).
Also, the heavy curtains were amazing. After the travel, I had to sleep during the day and the room was pleasantly dark and quiet.
Wasn't a problem after all but since I was moved to the hotel next door, the wifi from the reception didn't work there so the first night I didn't have a connection and was a bit afraid that I won't have it for the rest of the stay. However the next day, when my friend on the reception had his shift he promptly told me about another network I should use in that next door building and it worked perfectly.
The shower had a good pressure during the day but not so much in the evening. But it was still functional and no problem.
