Tesisin çalışanları, temizliği ve konumu inanılmazdı. Her konuda bize olduça yardımcı oldular. Özellikle konumu Bakü'deki her yere kolayca ulaşabilmemizi sağlıyordu.

Cons:

6 numaralı odada konakladık ve tuvalette kötü bir koku mevcuttu.

Cons:

В ванной комнате отломана ручка двери, сильно пахнет канализацией.
Подушки сваленные, неудобные.
На завтрак дают много плошек разных закусок: 3 кусочка сыра, 3 дольки помидора, 3 кружка колбасы, 3 оладушка и т.п - это на троих. На одного человека дают все в таком же количестве. Причём с каждым днем завтрака нам уменьшали количество плошек - выезжали уже без оладушек, долек яблок и варенья.
За продление номера на 2 часа взяли как они это назвали "чисто символическую сумму" равную 50% от стоимости одной ночи.
За въезд в Старый город берут дополнительную сумму, но не все такси вас туда повезут. Ко входу в отель машина не может подъехать и нужно немного пройти в чемоданами, а потом тащить их самостоятельно по лестнице в номер.

Authentic, friendly and good value
Pros:

Clean, tidy, great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included.

Cons:

Their airport transfer back to the airport didn’t turn up which created some early morning stress but a back up taxi was arranged by the hotel. We left 25mins later than planned but luckily this didn’t affect us in terms of traffic to the airport or security/passport control etc.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the very first moment, the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant and relaxing.
The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and varied, offering something for everyone.
The location of the hotel is simply fantastic – convenient, central, and close to everything we needed, which made exploring the area extremely easy.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an excellent location.

Temiz ve güvenli
Pros:

Otelin konumu mükememel, eski şehirin tam içinde ve her yere yakın. Otel çok temiz ve odaları geniş. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltıları lezzetli. Akşam uçuş saatimize kadar lobby de oturduk ve çok sıcak davrandılar. Bakü’ye tekrar gelsek yine burada kalmak isteriz. Herkese Teşekkürler.

Pros:

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.Kahvaltı sade ama yeterliydi. Konum çok iyi. Diş fırçası bile vardı. Odada her şey tamdı.

Odada gider kokusu vardı çözmeye çalıştılar ama kaldığımız süre boyunca kökü devam etti.

Das Hotel ist mit das Beste in der Altstadt. Top Lagem super Zimmer. Top Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Der 2. Kaffee beim Frühstück kostet 5 Manat :(
