Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to help; hotel location, room cleanliness.

Cons:

Narrow stairs are hard to climb with a suitcases; keep in mind, don’t expect elevator in any of old city hotels, that is obvious; the hotel was selected since the booking.com was proposing it as duplex suite with 2 bedrooms, but in fact, it was 2x separate rooms on 4th floor.

Комната без окна , пыльно , уборки номеров нет, Крутая лестница по которой невозможно самостоятельно поднять чемоданы , тонкие стены , отсутствие тремпелей , действительность не соответствует фотографиям и описанию

Прекрасный отель, очень удобное местоположение, в центре Старого города. Отдельное спасибо персоналу, очень любезные и внимательные ребята, всегда готовы помочь с любым вопросом, завтраки вкусные. В номере каждый день ставили бутылки с водой, так же предлагали уборку. На крыше есть терраса с отличным видом на весь Баку. И отдельный плюс отличный Wi-Fi, ловил стабильно везде, и в номере, и на ресепшене и на террасе. Минусов не нашли. Всем советую!

Отличный отель, замечательный персонал, вкусный и сытный завтрак, чистый просторный номер, по бутылке воды ежедневно, гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер для волос и лосьон для тела в достаточном количестве, с терассы отеля открывается обалденный вид на Баку!

НО, вас откровенно обманывают, в объявлении указано что номера 20 КВ м по площади, поэтому и выбрал гостиницу. По факту в номере и 12 КВ не наберётся ооочень маленький, чемодан не где разложить.низкая цена частично компенсирует неудобство

The location of the Hotel is simply perfect to discover the city. Yes, you do have to walk a bit from the taxi zone, but it’s just a few minutes and we had no issues with our 4 pieces of luggage.
The rooms are extremely tidy and cleaned on daily basis, which is really important to me as to an allergic person. Breakfast menu varies, so everyday you have a new flavorful dish.
However, an absolute highlight is the stuff! Every one is ready to give you tips on how to discover the hidden places of Baku, reserve best restaurants or solve any issue you might have. Jasmin and Ismail greatly helped us to organize an unforgettable Birthday for my mom! Whenever we are visiting Baku again, we will definitely only stay at Old Baku Boutique Hotel!

В целом размещение очень понравилось. Свежий ремонт в европейском стиле. Прекрасные просторные номера. Отзывчивый внимательный персонал. Но было несколько нюансов.

Cons:

• Брали номер с двумя комнатами, оказалось, что это два отдельных номер. Просторных. Отличных, но, все-таки, два. Мы были с двумя детьми и понятно, что маленьких детей в отдельный номер мы не могли положить. Пришлось спать с мужем раздельно.
• Кондиционер в обоих номерах в наш второй заезд не работал. Мужа со старшей дочкой пересилили в другой номер, но он был значительно меньше. Буквально негде было развернуться. Я спала без кондиционера с открытыми окнами и было очень душно и шумно. Потому что до 00.00 мимо окон постоянно кто-то проходил и громко разговаривал.
• WiFi вообще не работал. Ни в первый заезд, ни во второй.
• Отель в самом центре старого города. Заезд за дополнительные деньги. Таксисты простят отдать наличными. По брусчатке в горку с чемоданами и в нашем случае с коляской было неудобно.
