Worst service from booking.com
Pros:

We couldn’t check in the property as the it was closed 2 days ago due to electricity cut, even booking.com was not informed us regarding this.
We had to search for another hotel in the midnight
Already reported to booking.com however no proper response from booking.com.

Everything I didn't like, very very very poor booking experience. Don't know why this booking.com is becoming very worst in showing hotels like this. Seriously gonna stop bookings from booking.com. No ac, no tv, no water, no towel, no soap, no heater, asked to wait more than 30 mins to provide room. There is no waiting area or chair to sit just we literally stood more than 30 mins . Still they clean room. Further please provide the genuine room photos and amenities. Worst experience.
