1階部と2階部のホテル名(出入り口)を拡大標示すること、バスタブカランのお湯漏れ(危険)があること、不在時のエアコンの『運転』の停止については協力しましたが『激暑』のこの季節に帰宅(室)しての室温に【切れ】ましたぁ～
情報用としてラジオかあってもいいと思います〜

いやいや、時代が大きく変わったと実感しました。すべてネットで処理され現場に従業員がいない宿泊施設利用は初めてで驚くばかり。かつてホテル業界にいただけにこの現実で時代の変化を実感しました。
Pros:

白馬は公共交通機関がないので、町内の目的地へはタクシー利用を考え駅近くをネットで検索した結果，御ホテルを選択したがしたが、まさか駅の上とはびっくり。ロケーションは予想以上でした。

Cons:

当方８１歳という年寄りには、すべてネットで完了するこのシステムには、なかなかついてゆけない。TVを日常利用しているものには地上TV番組を見ることができないかったのがつらかった。

清潔、駅舎のうえだから、便利!リラックス出来ました。

Cons:

パッジｱマ科、浴衣がほしかったです。夜になると、コンビニ、スーパー、食亊をするレストランがないので、不便であった!宿泊のホテルに、カップラーメンの自販機があったら良かったのに、と、思いました。

Pros:

The convenience, location, and security were excellent. All the amenities were well taken care of, and the wireless projector was a pleasant surprise – an extra thoughtful touch. The mountain view was unreal, especially first thing in the morning.

Cons:

The room was a little on the small side but not a major concern. The parking area was a little difficult to locate but after searching on insta we found it.
