The convenience, location, and security were excellent. All the amenities were well taken care of, and the wireless projector was a pleasant surprise – an extra thoughtful touch. The mountain view was unreal, especially first thing in the morning.

Cons:

The room was a little on the small side but not a major concern. The parking area was a little difficult to locate but after searching on insta we found it.

お値段が少し高かったけど駅近でタクシーも拾いやすくまた利用したいと思いました。

清潔、綺麗で居心地良かったです

WiFiのパスワードがわからず接続できませんでした
枕が柔らかすぎたので硬めのものもあると助かります

その他、コップや電子レンジ、コンセントなどが充実していてありがたい。

シャワーの水圧が強くて良かった。

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hakuba.
Pros:

I had a truly wonderful stay at The Hakuba Station Room. The location is excellent — right near the station with beautiful mountain views — but what really made the experience special was the staff.

When I accidentally lost one of my keys, the team went out of their way to help me. They were incredibly kind, patient, and even gave me a ride back to the ski area, which I genuinely didn’t expect. Later, when I realized I had left my headphones behind, they kindly arranged to have them shipped to me without hesitation.

These gestures may seem small, but they meant a lot. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely caring — the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hakuba.

Thank you again for the kindness and excellent service.

Cons:

The bed was a bit firmer than my personal preference, but that’s a minor detail compared to how helpful and kind the staff were throughout my stay.
