Il se trouve que sur ma dent lorsqu’on dormait, la police a toqué à notre porte, il faisait énormément de bruit, sachant qu’on était sur le point de notre départ, ce qui a frustré notre sommeil et qui a causé un désagrément lors de notre séjour quoi sachant que hors ça tout était impeccable. Or le fait aussi que les chauffages ne marchaient pas donc on a dû se coltiner avec plusieurs couvertures pendant les trois nuits, c’est un peu dommage mais sinon à part ça rien à signaler, ce fut une bonne expérience.

It was clean, the bathroom was nice..the bed was fairly comfy.
After 2 hours in the freezing cold with wet feet due to the entirety of the Netherlands shutting down transport because of weather, I booked this hotel…my girlfriend and I checked in, all was well until we were then told to walk 5 minutes DOWN THE ROAD in the freezing snow to some random apartment away from the main building, as our ACTUAL hotel was there.
When we down the street and went inside the lobby with nobody there, there was a basket offering a free ORANGE to compensate. It stank of weed, the apartment itself was extremely cold, and the thermostat was locked at some ridiculously low temperature. So after I texted the hotel staff we just checked in with to remotely change the temp higher, it still wasn’t high. It didn’t move at all. They told us exactly these texts:
“We already did it”
So I said:
“yes, but it cancelled again, I don’t know why”
And they said:
“No we did it manually but I takes time to warm up”
Spoiler alert: It didn’t warm up at all. Mind you this is at 11pm at night and we are still freezing from the outside. So I asked them to change it AGAIN. They said:
“It takes time to heat up but if it doesn’t work you can contact us”
Obviously it didn’t work. It’s not 12am and we have a flight at 10:55 AM at Rotterdam The Hague the next day. So I then said:
“Please can you put it to 28 degrees? Thank you 🙏”
Minutes later they replied so half-a**ed (as usual):
“Is it still cold ?”
I thought - What? Is it still cold? Why do you think I’m texting you? My God..
I had to translate into Dutch and they said “we are going to fix it.” By the time the simple temperature change happened, we went out to get food as we had not eaten. Both of us still freezing cold.
When we came back, we arrived with 2 canned coffees for the morning. But there isn’t a small fridge to place them in.
Het hotel had een tweede pand. We werden daar naar toe gestuurd. Hier was geen personeel binnenkomst zag er niet verwelkomend uit. Voelde niet veilig. Vond de kamers niet schoon. Stoffig en lagen kruimels op de grond.

L’hôtel est magnifique ! Le lit est tellement confortable. Le personne était très gentil malgré que nous ne parlions pas anglais parfaitement !

Wir haben im Hotel gebucht, man brachte uns wo anders hin, 7 min Fußweg. Wir waren vollgepackt! die Zimmer sind so klein, man kann sich da kaum bewegen. 11 Uhr war Check out, wir waren spät dran, um 11.20 klopfte wie gestört der Mitarbeiter und schrie.
