Ubicación excelente cerca de la estación Central de trenes y de la mayoría de las atracciones turísticas. El personal de cafetería y recepción muy amable, el desayuno caro pero excelente y todo de primera calidad. Llegué cerca de las 5 y la habitación no estaba lista por lo que tuve que esperar cerca de 1 hora y como compensación me ofrecieron desayunos gratis. El hotel bien decorado y las habitaciones confortables pero todo era negro lo cual deprime. Me hospedaron en otro edificio a 150 metros, Le petite Marine, muy bien, vecindario tranquilo, seguro, , residencial cerca de un precioso canal.
La decoración minimalista todo negro, proporciona elegancia pero sugiero contraste con tonos claros como beige ,azul o blanco que transmiten paz y serenidad.
Las almohadas no eran suaves ni cómodas, llenas de pelotas del relleno, el edredón muy Delgado para el frío tan fuerte del aire acondicionado. Las toallas muy viejas, deshilachadas y gastadas por el uso aunque limpias.

Le sol de la salle de bain était collant et il y’avait des traces sur la porte de la salle de bain.
Het bed lag heerlijk! Ook het personeel was erg vriendelijk!
Er zat schimmel in de afzuiging. De tandpasta resten zaten nog in de wasbak en er het koffiezetapparaat deed het niet, deze moest ontkalkt worden.
Pour qui voyage par le train, et fait une halte à Rotterdam, l'emplacement est idéal à environ 10mn à pied de la gare. L'hotel est ouvert 24/24, le petit déjeuner commence à 7h, c'est plutôt efficace. L'hotel a une annex à 5mn à pied qui est agréable également.
La climatisation! Je supporte très mal la clim et malheureusement dans cet hotel il n'est pas possible de la régler depuis la chambre, il faut le demander à la réception. Etant arrivée tard, je ne suis pas retournée à la réception et la clim m'a empêchée de dormir une bonne partie de la nuit!
Hôtel très moderne et agréable, j’ai aimé la petite attention des fruits gratuit à disposition des personnes. L’hôtel est proche de la gare ce qui est aussi un avantage.
Le déplacement de l’accueil au chambre était le seul point négatif mais sinon ça allait
Prima locatie, prima personeel (beetje stugge dame bij binnenkomst maar dat veranderde al snel) en een lekker ontbijtje met goede producten, lekkere koffie en verse smoothies, maar ook pannekoekjes, churro's, kleine potjes tonijnsalade en heerlijk vers brood. Kamer prima,mooi ingericht, lekker bed, airco deed het goed.

Bij aankomst (23.00u) was de receptie onbemand. De medwerker van dienst was vertrokken en de nachtportie had zijn bus gemist. We hebben meer dan 20 minuten moeten wachten.
Onhygiënisch, slecht schoongemaakt.
Douche liep over, afvoer functioneerde niet naar behoren.
Roerei onder warmte lamp was koud --> jam voor bij de croissants was op.
Management met kritische blik ontbreekt.

Slechte hygiëne, ontbijt matig (vooral de broodjes) en aardig aan de prijs
