Pros:

Staff very friendly, good location, quite rooms

Cons:

Housekeeping did not cleaned my WC and I had to ask for that. Parking seems by expansive ($25 per day).
Some rooms are close to external HVAC and very very noisy, I had to ask to move to another room

It was our first time in grand rapids and this was by far the best hotel we’ve ever been in.
Pros:

Breakfast great
Front door system after hours great
Staff being friendly directly to children awesome

Cons:

Pool cold.
We never got any new towels or trash taken out (I thought this would be offered or brought daily without calling)
No one came for our room service items even after we left it outside the door.

Pros:

We were very impressed with the breakfast! Usually it’s predictable… The staff was amazing we actually enjoyed giving our name and room number because it felt like we belonged there gave us a sense of family! The omelettes made to order were amazing the entire breakfast was fabulous !!! The ambience of the hotel, the lobby, our room everything was exceptional!
