Welcome home, we have been waiting for you!
Pros:

We travel quite a bit and this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at from the friendly staff, regular check ins, 7 minute walk to the conference centre, to the omelette breakfast included in our reservation to the free evening reception of munchies and a drink, felt like we were being welcomed home as part of the family. Incredible stay and look forward to coming back again!!

We loved our stay for a special occasion, our Anniversary.
Pros:

We loved that they accommodated our pet. And, we loved the happy hour. This was a perfect stay for us.

Cons:

It was on the pricey side for one night. Our dog is a non-shedding breed that is less than 10 lbs. It felt like a pretty high fee for her, but I get it. They need to have a standard fee across all breeds.

Close to were we needed to go for 48 hours

Cons:

Our bed was so awful. Way too soft I slept on a hard couch for the money I spent. Beyond awful.

Very satisfied with the staff, accommodations, and surroundings. We will definitely be back again.
Pros:

Very guest oriented, family, friendly, and accommodating to all.

Cons:

One of the elevators was out of service, which slowed things down a little bit getting around, and there was construction around the property, which was a little frustrating, but obviously no fault of the hotel.
