Comfortable room for a good price
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. There are pets in the apartment - we met a cat and a parrot in the kitchen, it was fun. Anne is nice and helpful and easygoing. It is conveniently near to the airport and the grocery shop. Also it is near to the sea with nice view to the bridges. The price is very good.

Cons:

Bathroom is shared with Anne and the furnishing in apartment is a bit old. But it is still charming.

I shall talk about the parrot for a long time.
Pros:

This is in the original spirit of air b and b - you are being welcomed into someone's home and get an insight into family life - I was invited to share part of the evening meal and to visit the playground with Anne and her son. Anne also set up her foot spa for me - very welcome as I had walked a long way to get there.

Cons:

I liked the informality, but it might not have been right for everyone.

Pros:

Host Ann was lovely. Room was very comfortable. It is a private home so I was insecure about finding the exact location but Ann was communicative. It felt like staying over at a friend's house. Right off John Muir Way.

Bella camera spaziosa e luminosa con molta personalità. Ci siamo sentiti a casa di amici. Ann è stata gentile e comunicativa, ci ha fornito molte indicazioni e suggerimenti e accompagnati alla fermata il giorno della partenza. Non è una sistemazione ordinaria e la consiglio a chi ha voglia e tempo di scambiare pensieri ed esperienze con la proprietaria. In casa c’e la gatta e una pappagalla che ti dà la sveglia al mattino.

A family welcome awaits
Pros:

Anne the owner could not have made more of an effort to make me feel more welcome. The location was very well situated for what I needed with shops very close.

Cons:

Felt a bit guilty walking about early as some floorboards creeked but no one complained.

Cerca del aeropuerto, la chica un encanto, con animales en casa, super respetuosa, parece que no haya nadie. Nos dejó abierto para llegar muy tarde. Todo salió genial, muy buen trato y comunicación. Habitación íntima y cómoda, lo necesario.

Great location, great host!
Pros:

The location was great, easy walking distance to South Queensferry. Our host was super nice and friendly, it felt to us like we were staying in an old friend's house. She was very helpful with questions about travel and transportation. It's a great place to stay if you need something close to the airport for an early morning flight.
