The potential is super in that location

Cons:

First of all, the cigarette smell! Like walking into an ashtray!!!
Second, it is very dirty. The bathtub is old and looks like it's going to break, and it was full of the previous guest sand the night stand was full of sugar and dust. All the walls are staind and dusty. The place could use some serious makeover, but at least they should clean better .

Оборудованная квартира, со всеми кухонными принадлежностями. Прекрасное расположение, первая линия, чудесный пляж с волнорезами, набережная с кафешками, рядом городской бассейн с горками. Приятная хозяйка Марина, связь 24 часа, любезно согласилась продлить наше прибывание на несколько часов, остались очень довольны отдыхом.

הייתי בגדול מרוצה מהמקום וכן הייתי חוזרת.
Pros:

הנוף מדהים, החדר מאובזר היטב, מיקום מעולה - ממש ליד הים, בתי קפה ומקולט בקרבת המקום, המון חניה ללא תשלום.

Cons:

הכלים לא היו כל כל נקיים, הייתי קצת משקיעה במצעים - היה נקי, אבל כן נראה ישן.

Guys, the view! It was absolutely breathtaking! Stunning beach few steps from the building, everything you need in walking distance, this place is simply full package!
My lovely host was so helpful and polite. I would most definitely recommend!

Cons:

The internet was slow when I got there but then the amazing host went above and beyond and fixed the issue in just few short hours.
