Früher Check in möglich und freundlicher Umgang.
Essenzeiten für Frühstück am besten 1 Tag vorher abstimmen aber gute Auswahl.

If you're looking just for one night, it's okay.
Pros:

Good location, it is in the middle of the town. Close to a restaurant and groceries

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty. Shower dirty as well.

Pros:

If you are looking for a genuine, warm, and helpful place to stay in Phong Nha, Midtown Homestay is the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us with open arms and genuine smiles. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and helped us plan our entire itinerary. Thanks to their recommendations, we booked an unforgettable cave tour and rented reliable motorbikes directly from them at a very reasonable price. The homestay itself is very cozy, peaceful, and clean. The showers were hot with great water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for remote work. Eating breakfast in the communal area felt like being part of a family. We highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone traveling through Vietnam!

Would go back in time and book a different one if I could
Pros:

Fridge works really well, location is good and AC is very good as well

Cons:

Reception is NOT open 24 hours (even though is advertised), No TV (even though it's advertised), extremely rude staff (later confirmed the most awful one was the owner), bad customer service (instead of apologizing for their mistakes they would only justify their actions, and when they would say sorry it would be accompanied by them trying to immediately right after sell a tour or service), really bad shower pressure and super hard to regulate temperature

Big room and it was clean and breakfast was simple but good.

Cons:

The owner was very pushy about selling a tour to us and once we said we didn’t want to book one she became very rude. She repeatedly asked the same questions about how long we were staying and how we were getting to our next place and it was like Groundhog Day. We were left very disappointed as we had seen very positive reviews and that’s why we chose to book here. The homestay sits next to a pub and so we were unable to sleep with drunk men screaming till 3am. That’s not the homestay’s fault at all but something worth knowing before booking. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Sehr hilfreiches Personal, dass auf einen zukommt und erklärt was es für Möglichkeiten in Phong Nha gibt. Helfen beim buchen für Touren oder Rollerverleih. Die E cave Tour war sehr cool. Wir sind durch den Dschungel gelaufen und haben dann verschiedene Höhlen erkunden. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Équipements cassés (lampe chevet, tuyau douche).
Débit haut très faible.
Petit dej peu fourni (avec la moitié de la carte dispo) par rapport à tous les hôtels que nous avons déjà réservés.

Nhi at reception was so friendly and helpful. So kind. Let us use a shower late the last day before our bus and took us out back to see the ducks.

An unforgettable stay thanks to exceptional hospitality!
If I could give this place 6 stars, I would do it without hesitation. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, but what truly makes this homestay unique is the incredible kindness of the team.
I had a scooter accident during my stay, and Nhi at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. She personally took me to the clinic, took care of returning the scooter, and even spoke with the rental company to make sure I wouldn't be overcharged. On top of all that, she brought food directly to my room so I could rest.
The staff, and especially Nhi, are genuinely caring, absolutely wonderful, and incredibly helpful. You can book your stay here with your eyes closed: more than just a place to sleep, it’s a place where they truly look after you. Thank you so much for everything!
