大変良く、満足だった
Pros:

・部屋が広く、清潔で非常にゆったりしていて快適だった
・朝食が美味しかった

Cons:

・部屋の中のごみ箱が１つしかなかった
・トイレが臭かった
・大浴場がなかなか空かなかった。好きな時間に入れなかった。

京都駅から徒歩圏内でアクセスも良く、大浴場があるのが嬉しい。スタッフさんもとても感じが良かったです！
Pros:

清潔感があり、空調も調整しやすくパジャマや布団もとても快適でした。
サウナや水風呂もある大浴場があり、旅の疲れを癒す事ができた。

Cons:

時間をずらせば問題ないと思いますが、大浴場のロッカーや洗い場がさほど多くなく混んでいました。

Pros:

Location, close to the beautiful train, bus, metro station. Very clean. Good size room. Laundry facilities available. Quiet. Welcome drinks offered. Not much action with pleasant staff.

Cons:

Self checkout, no staff interaction, no final room check. Left cap in room, our error, maybe could have retrieved it.

Pros:

Very near Toji station, Aeon, local restaurant, convenient stores. Staffs are helpful and friendly, managed to keep my luggages before check in and after check out. It has a big bath pool.

I enjoyed staying there. Will stay again if going Kyoto for second time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

良かったです。
Pros:

京都駅から近く利便性が良かった。スタッフの対応も良く、食事も美味しかったです。

Cons:

1階フロアが狭く外国の方が朝早くから観光準備の為沢山いらっしゃり圧倒されました。もう少し広くスペースが有れば良かったですね。
