お部屋が綺麗で路がとても良い。朝ごはんが美味しい
Pros:

お部屋が広く、バルコニーもあり窓から東寺頑張れ見え最高のロケーションでした。
ゆっくりくつろぐ事ができました。家族もうとても喜んでました。

Cons:

チェックインの時に説明が無く、朝食の時もスタッフの方にスムーズに通してもらえなかった
フロントの説明がほぼなかったので、レンタルサイクルもほぼ貸出しで使えなかった。みんなが平等にせっかくあるサービスを受けられるようにしてほしい
大浴場の混み具合が部屋のモニターで見れるようになっているが、ずっと空いているになっているが行くと脱衣所が狭い上、混んでいてあてにならない

Our stay was awesome wish we’d stayed longer.
Pros:

The pool/sauna area was wonderful, having the bicycles to use was great.
Good position for trains - transport options . Nice having the pyjamas, not large sizes though. Thank you to staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely public bath facilities (including sauna). Beds were super comfortable. Coin laundry on site very handy.

Its a central touris but none of anyone does speaking English.
Pros:

Close by all shopping and station

Cons:

some staff were not friendly and none speaking english at all time and it makes really hard to as questions.
