Comfortable and pleasant.
Pros:

The staff were great! Nice tucked away spot but still on the beach. Very quiet.. wife loved it because she Filipinas and a famous Filipino family was staying there so she got some pics with them.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like… but the location was right in front of were all the boats dock for activities. So if you plan on doing a lot of activities this is great location just walk out the opening and bam anything you want to do. But if you want to hang on a beach with nice ocean views you have to walk down more towards station 2. But close to Starbucks and Red Coconut which is a must place to eat at night .. great live music and fire show.

Great Location But Lacking
Pros:

Positives: the location of this hotel is incredible, literally steps from the beach at Station 1. It's tragic that there's absolutely no view from anywhere inside, and to be honest, running the relentless Beach Walk Gauntlet of touts trying to get you into massage shops, restaurants, souvenir stores, or signed up for any array of tourist activities gets VERY old, very quickly. The bed in my room was very comfortable. Super nice staff.

Cons:

Negatives: no wifi while I stayed there. Reception kept saying "the provider is working on it" but it never got fixed. Poor cellular data connection inside the room too so I had to leave the hotel for any service: annoying. The floor of my room had been flooded or something and the repairs were badly done. Chunks of filler kept coming loose and the floor was super rough/uneven. I had to wear sandals inside. The pool is microscopic seemingly more of a kiddie splash pool (there were 4 - 8 kids in it screaming all day) hence unusable for me. My AC unit was pretty shaky and loud on certain settings, luckily I found a sweet spot where it was both quiet and cool. My balcony had the restaurant evacuation fan on it so when that fired up it was super loud. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

COULD HAVE BEEN GREAT!

LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF

Cons:

I LOST MY SUNGLASSES(RAYBAN). I LEFT IT EITHER IN THE SHOWER AREA OF THE POOL OR AT THE TOILET.
HOPEFULLY A GOOD PERSON WOULD RETURN IT.

Be back again in no time!
Pros:

This was my second stay at this property and I would for sure be back again next time!
The rooms are spacious and comfortable! Changing bath and beach towels were always so easy and convenient! The staff are THE BEST! Always so welcoming and helpful and always greeted us on our way in and out! The location is outstanding, just a few steps away from the White Beach and around 5-8 minutes to D’Mall!

Cons:

I had the same problem from my previous stay here, where the bathroom flooded just from the use of the shower! So we had to constantly change the bath mats.
The breakfast servings also really decreased since my last stay, but it was still a great addition to the stay!
