L'accueil du soir était parfait. Souriant et très gentil.

Le bruit de la route....la clim qui ne marchait pas.....les toilettes sales....l'antipathie de l'agent d'accueil du matin

Friendly and helpful manager

Cons:

This place is incorrectly advertised as having airconditioning. It didn't work when we tried to turn it on as it was stinking hot when we arrived and the room felt like an oven. The manager said only the heating part was connected and the cooling was to be turned on in 2 months. So we had to make do with a fan he gave us. FALSE ADVERTISING!

Réceptionniste pas agréable,
Donne pas l'impression de vouloir travailler ou d'accueillir, très déçu de ma prise de clé et de depose de clé.
Demander svp à la réceptionniste de bien faire son travail pour les informations concernant les chambres occupée ou libre car j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de trouver la personne du ménage dans la chambre. Réceptionniste non seulement fait un accueil tête basse et en plus ne fait pas son travail.

La habitación olía tan tan mal, que no pudimos ni dormir. Nos fuimos a las 3 de la mañana. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación, pero nos dijeron que estaba lleno, y vinieron con un spray que si acaso lo empeoró, con la mezcla de olores. Sin embargo, aún se podía reservar a través de Booking. El ruido de la autopista tambien era demasiado. Ni con tapones.
