It was fine. For the price, it was a good value.
Pros:

Clean rooms and friendly staff. It was reasonably quiet for being so close to the Interstate. A bit off the main street, but not too far away. A/C worked well.

Cons:

The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. The carpet has definitely seen better days. The sink didn't have a drain plug/cover. Overall the place is a bit dated, and the walls had some small holes from past furniture and could have used some fresh paint.

Hot Summer Night
Pros:

Cute exterior. Good location a few blocks from main street. Lots of power from showerhead and extremely hot water. Big fridge in room. Separate ice room off parking lot.

Cons:

Despite website and town signs promoting this, there is no pool or sauna, and it appears not to have been in operation since 2024. Seems like deliberate false advertising. I was not able to get the air conditioning to cool the room at night -- bad placement and very little power. I appreciate that the motel is pet friendly, which I did not have. There are stains on the old carpet and bedspread, which gives an impression of not being clean -- though the rest of the room was okay.

Pros:

Good location with comfortable beds and updated fixtures. It was off the beaten track and so very quiet.

This is a classic motor in which well maintained and managed.

Great place for roadtrip stop!
Pros:

the woman at the front desk was very helpful, I asked for a car repair recommendation and she was super helpful. Check in and check out was very easy. Clean, comfortable room. I loved the cute horse swing set and the giant neon sign.
