Breakfast was amazing. The hotel's beach was really good, no need to go anywhere else. Kas is small district, possible to walk anywhere.

Breakfast is excellent in great location overlooking sea. Just stunning. Proximity to town and all the best Turkish restaurants around. Staff helpful after initial hiccup.
The whole booking.com process with this particular hotel. I had previously stayed at the Sardunya with balcony and great views but the Sardunya I apparently booked this time was across the road with less than good views. It was the Aka Bina. Room on the third floor, no lift but kindly staff helped carry our cases up. Same reception, same staff, same breakfast. Very deceptive on booking.com - so be careful what you book. Then after our stay a message - perhaps a scam - from booking.com saying our booking would be cancelled as we had not provided CVV. Funny, as we had already completed our stay and checked out. I should have requested receipt before we left. But then we were back in Greece. I needed to do an international transfer to settle our bill. All very uncomfortable and I am extremely unsure as to how it all came about. Take care.
Close to centre
Thought I was booking into the front Otel overlooking the beach and away from the noisy road and restaurants. Both appear to have the same name on the website- very disappointed when realised I was booked into the Otel overlooking the road and not the beach side one.
Also only one light in the bedroom worked, all the wiring very old and broken switches which fell off. The bathroom switch was replaced the next day after I complained.
I am a returning guest as it’s such a lovely place. Great location, great for swimming, delicious food , comfortable clean rooms and really friendly, kind,helpful management and staff.

Very impressed. Fantastic location, exceptionally clean and excellent value for money. Will be going back.
We booked 2 double rooms but we were given a triple and a single, however, these were in the upgraded part of the hotel and we had a wonderful sea view from the triple room.
As a family we wanted to be closer to the second room, but it worked out fine in the end.
