check inn time was not ok mentioned by hotel that is 11 am ,we came by bus travelled long distance at around 8 am.reached hotel suffered a lot by carrying family and did a separate room outside as the hotel staff denyied for the staybefore the checkinntime by spending extra amount we went for other hotel and booked for freshup .

Excellent stay in city centre kolhapur
Pros:

The owner was very friendly and provided all necessary information. He even assisted to park the car and remove it whenever required. The staff was very courteous and always welcomed with a smile . Immediately cold bottled water was provided and on daily basis . The staff even guided us to places of visit and worship in an excellent way. The room , the bed , the bathroom, the Tv , the Ac were in excellent condition. All toilettries were provided and fresh Towels were present.
I would recommend any one visiting kolhapur to book this hotel as its very convenient location to the market and temples near by. The price of the hotel is very cheap compared to other hotels in the same vicinity. You will have a safe stay as the owners family is very accommodating and always there to help. Highly recommended.

NOTHING WAS THERE TO LIKE INFACT WE HAD TO BUY TOILETRIES FROM OUTSIDE FROM TOWEL TO EVERYTHING NOTHING AS MENTIONED NO TV NO PROPER AC LORDS HORRIBLE REQUESTING ALL MY PEOPLE WHO ARE TRAVELING TO KOLHAPUR PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL EVEN IF OFFERS FREE STAY ITS EXPENSIVE NOT AT ALL GOOD FOR A DECENT FAMILY PERSON TO STAY.

Overall this hotel is very good for staying, very fair staff and cooperative management.
Pros:

The staff are nice and very co-operative. The hotel is very near for the temple. Very neat and clean rooms, plenty of good water both hot and cold. The owner is very understanding for the requirements of his customers. He is very co-operative. There are parking space also available. Thanks for Booking.com to give a peaceful and Wonderful accommodation for my trip.

Cons:

The only discomfort is there is no elevators for elderly people's. But it's only two floors hotel.

Pros:

It's a good property right in the heart of Kolhapur, walkable to Mahalaxmi Temple. Though the restaurant is not there in the hotel , so many other eateries are available nearby. The staff is polite and very helpful. Value for money.
