Très bon emplacement. La plage au pied de l’hôtel est très accessible. Les chambres sont grandes (vu sur la plage pour la notre avec un balcon) et équipées de climatisation. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Nous avons pris quelques repas au restaurant de l’hôtel qui est vraiment très bien. Il s'agit d'un hôtel à taille humaine que je trouve bien plus sympathique que les grandes structures.
Pas de possibilité de faire de la monnaie sur place. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées de sorte que la nuit on peut entendre la faune locale (babouins, oiseaux, ...), mais çà fait partie de l'aventure au Kenya.
Perfect location, great restaurant and food. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere. Great bed beds on the beach with a beautiful view.
Nothing not too like, but the pool is small and not in the most convenient location. It is not over the top luxurious, but it’s clean and comfortable and we absolutely loved our stay here.

Kein warmes Wasser, immer mit kaltem Salzwasser geduscht. mehrfach reklamiert. Sehr alte Möbel, schimmliger Geruch beim Eintreten. Wir konnten nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit einchecken, es mussten noch Arbeiten gemacht werden. Dann mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Keine Entschädigung oder mindest ein Wartedrink auf Kosten des Hauses.
Sehr alte kaputte Plastikstühle auf dem Balkon. Alter, wüster und kaputer Tisch auf dem Balkon. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Badtüre klemmte, wurde so nach einer Reklamation behoben, dass man sie zur Hälfte öffnen kann.

My recent stay at the Blue Marlin Beach Hotel in Diani was a true study in contrasts.
On one hand, the staff deserve immense credit. From the moment we arrived, every single team member was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special mention must go to Mary, who worked the breakfast shift, she greeted us every morning with such a bright, genuine smile and set a fantastic tone for the day. Her dedication, along with the rest of the restaurant team, created a wonderfully hospitable atmosphere despite the surrounding challenges.
Inside, the rooms are in good order, we stayed in room number 3 and found it well maintained and comfortable. The hot water was still a bit hot and miss but guessing this is the impact of solar water heaters.
A word of warning for potential guests: try to avoid staying on a Sunday. They had live music (Ibiza Style) playing just 20 meters from our room from 15:00 to 22:00, which made relaxing impossible and is far from ideal for families with young children.
Unfortunately, it’s the outside areas that are slowly showing wear and tear and urgently need renovation. The surrounding grounds and communal spaces feel well past their prime, with the swimming pool area being the biggest disappointment, appearing completely unused, poorly maintained, and uninviting throughout our stay.

Crazy that shower water was salty and we paid for water in the room in what was already an expensive hotel.
We enjoy our 4 night's stay there.
Staff was very attentative, friendly and supportive.
Breakfast was amazing, differents options of home made juices everyday.
The Hotel restaurant was also great. The Seafood Pizza is really tasty.
Beach is stunning, white sand a lovely view from our room.
The bathroom is the only concern, need some mainteinance.
Staff was very handsome and polite, the service was 24/7 in this week perfect. Big recommandation at Missy at the reception, Diana waitress for an absolute perfect service and also Melvin. But never forget the whole staff! They are fast and so friendly
I had a room in the upper place, monkeys are comming every Minute, so close your door to the balcon to never get stolen from monkeys

Staff were great. Friendly . The food was exceptional! Beach location was beautiful!! The room was attended every day, which was fantastic. Loved the dogs that lived on the property! They kept the monkeys in check. The wait staff in the restaurant are worth more than they are probably getting paid!
The water was salty in the shower! Felt like i was showering in sea water. We stayed 6 nights and had hot water only one of those nights. A blanket in the bedroom would have been a nice addition. Maybe the staff who spend all day sweeping the paths could be given a paint brush as most of the complex could do with some fresh paint.. other then that enjoyed our stay.
