Staff were great. Friendly . The food was exceptional! Beach location was beautiful!! The room was attended every day, which was fantastic. Loved the dogs that lived on the property! They kept the monkeys in check. The wait staff in the restaurant are worth more than they are probably getting paid!
The water was salty in the shower! Felt like i was showering in sea water. We stayed 6 nights and had hot water only one of those nights. A blanket in the bedroom would have been a nice addition. Maybe the staff who spend all day sweeping the paths could be given a paint brush as most of the complex could do with some fresh paint.. other then that enjoyed our stay.

1. Location - Right on the beach.
2. Bar and Restaurant on the beach to get drinks and cocktails while sunbathing.
3. Food is very good, though limited menu.
4. Some rooms in the front have private terrace overlooking the ocean, though there's baboons lurking around and you have to be careful and keep the doors closed all times.
5. Staff - Very polite and courteous
1. Room - We stayed at a triple bed room on the first floor which is large in size. There is no TV, Intercom and mobile signals get very weak as you enter the rooms and wifi also doesn't work at all areas of the room. They did not had coffee and creamer in the room throughout our stay. On repeated requests, they gave us a small pack of milk, which cannot be used for brewing tea in a kettle
2. Breakfast - Fixed EB menu of Toast, eggs, beans, sausages, waffles etc. No variety or options available. We had the same food for 3 days straight. Also flexibility is missing for catering to guests of different cultures.
3. Food Menu - Very limited menu with mainly Italian and continental dishes and sushi. I felt it was mainly for the kind of clientele (European/American) they receive at their hotel. A little diversification can always help
4. Room Service - This was a bummer. We got to know that they charge Ksh 500 per tray for delivering food to the room. It was raining pretty heavily and the fact that I had two elderly people with me did not even count for an exception. They should mention this in the hotel rules and policy

Très bien situé avec une plage idyllique. Ce fut un séjour agréable pour un long week-end. La cuisine succulente et le personnel était au petit soins. Mary, Adem, Peter et Ali, étaient très serviables.Les lieux sont d'une propreté exemplaire.
La chambre sombre et a besoin grandement de rénovation. Piscine pas bien situé dernière l'hôtel.
Les espaces pas biens exploités. Beaucoup de verdure mais implantée anarchiquement.
Moustiques et insectes à signaler dans les chambres.
Balcon avec une belle vue mais impossible â utiliser à cause de singes et meubles vétuste.

Beach restaurant is fantastic, great position and lovely staff. Food was freshly prepared and of excellent quality.
Rooms and general upkeep are tired. Gardens could do with a big tidy-up.

Wifi médiocre, le couvre feu n'est pas respecté (bruits provenant des chambres jusqu a tard la nuit), coupure d'eau, et les responsables qui fument au restaurant, à chaque repas.
Hotel położony przy plaży. Nigdy nie mieliśmy piękniejszego widoku z tarasu na ocean. Śniadania smaczne . Personel pomocny i serdeczny.

a group of aged men arrived at the hotel and for a wedding (we were told} and then young ladies appeared for dinner and drinks etc to accompany those elders which is not acceptable in a family run hotel,
