Pros:

Employees were very friendly. They made a mistake with the payment of the room without me noticing and corrected it and let me know. Room was also good. Equipped with every the needed.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay but however very Asian although most of the guests were Russian. Pool on the roof was under renovation which was unfortunate but there was the opportunity to use a pool at a neighboring hotel.

Low cost option in Nha Trang but don’t expect too much
Pros:

Good location. Rooms were reasonably well equipped but a bit pokey!

Cons:

It was rather overwhelmed by its predominantly Russian clientele. Breakfast was very basic.

Cons:

номер без нормального окна и свежего воздуха для меня это неудобство, но на момент бронирования других номеров в отеле свободных не было

Это чистый и красивый отель. Тут все просто, чисто и аккуратно. Убирались каждый день. Полотенца были практически всегда

Cons:

Facilities, staff - the lady at the buffet was pretty rude, not very courteous. At one time she didn’t even refill bread asking us to just have whatever was left.
My partner got locked in the bathroom, the chair in my dad’s room just broke after he sat on it ( and they were pushing us to pay for that when it was no fault of a senior citizen). All in all it was very disappointing and would not recommend.
