Se hizo la reservación para q mi familia hiciera uso de la alberca, al llegar me dicen q está fuera de servicio, en ningún momento recibi está información no por parte del hotel y tampoco de la app de Expedia, motivo por lo cual ya estando en el lobby para hacer el check in, nos informan está situación y tuvimos q cancelar la reservación y buscar otro hotel.

Horrible customer service
Pros:

The front desk offered horrible customer service. They were rude, not friendly, and they were also questioning every time I walked in in fact, they never gave me a bracelet, but when my guest walked in with me, they demanded that we show our bracelet and I told him I was never given a bracelet. The hotel was not booked and they gave me a room on the third floor when I requested a high room and they told me that they didn’t have enough personnel to clean the room so that’s why I was getting a room on the third floor. I will never stay here ever again.
