Pros:

La piscine intérieure : l'eau était chaude, idéale pour se relaxer dans le contexte stressant de blocage en transit après l'annulation de notre vol.
Les chambres sont propres et agréables.
Des départs tardifs sont possibles, ce qui est pratique quand on prend un vol en fin de journée.

Cons:

Nous avons dû négocier pour obtenir un petit déjeuner en période de Ramadan alors que c'était compris dans le prix. Mais nous avons été satisfaits par la qualité du repas qui nous a été fourni ensuite.
Le personnel à la réception n'est pas toujours très investi.

Die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen. Eigentlich ist es ein schönes Hotel

Cons:

Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst unfreundlich. Wir haben keine Handtücher bekommen. Wir haben kein Toilettenpapier bekommen das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Tresor funktionierte nicht. Das TV funktionierte nicht. Das Telefon funktionierte nicht. Trotz Information an die Rezeption wurde keines dieser Mängel abgestellt
