Important information:

1. One dog or cat weighing up to 15kg per apartment is permitted;

7. Animals must circulate in common and external areas of the hotel in a secure manner. In social areas, you must remain on your lap;
8. Animals are not allowed to circulate in leisure areas, kitchens, restaurants and event spaces;
9. Cleaning of the apartment will only be done with the presence of the animal's owner. If the animal presents social instability, it must remain housed in a box or transport bag or outside.
10. The use of any hotel linen for the animal is prohibited;

Uma noite em Volta Redonda

Hotel tradicional em Volta Redonda, espaço amplo, quartos tranquilos.

Cons:

Do atendimento no check in, demorou quase 30 minutos, funcionário perdido, precisa de mais treinamento. Tirou cópia do passaporte de um dos hóspedes no nosso grupo e no dia seguinte outra funcionária veio pedir nova cópia, como se não tivesse sido registrado. Meu nome também veio errado na nota fiscal, ou seja, houve confusão para registrar os hóspedes, além do excesso de tempo gasto nessa experiência, após longa viagem. Café da manhã foi ok, mas os itens poderiam ser mais saborosos. Há muito espaço para melhorias, ainda mais em se tratando de um hotel escola.

Arquitetura linda , jardins bonitos, mas falta manutenção.
Restaurante bom. Café da manhã razoável mas sem nada especialmente bom.

Cons:

Não vale o preço e precisa de manutenção. Tivemos que mudar de quarto por problema com ar condicionado. Não tem elevador, subismos as escadas com as malas sem ajuda dos funcionários. Caro para o que oferece. Muita claridade no quarto de manhã.
