It is a brand new hotel, a great location and every detail of the hotel has been considered, we felt like we were in our own home, the interior layout of the rooms was very well planned, the areas of use and comfort are very good for staying with your family for a long time, the view of the rooms was perfect, waking up to the unique view of Istanbul is much more peaceful, especially in terms of cleaning, they are very meticulous, everywhere was spotlessly clean, we thank the management for their smiling faces and attention

The room was not cleaned in the mean time we were there. We stayed for 4 nights. I think you might have to ask for the cleaning.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Taksim Square, providing easy access to all types of transportation. While the rooms may feel a bit compact if you're traveling with two large suitcases, they remain comfortable and well-equipped. There's no need to worry about carrying your luggage, as the hotel has a lift, and the owner is exceptionally helpful, offering to take your bags to your room. Additionally, you'll find plenty of restaurants and a mini market nearby, making your stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

Convenient location, great view from the balcony, responsive and friendly staff. The room looks great. The elevator was a critical feature, and it worked.
Loudspeakers on a building across the street go off at full volume at 6 in the morning, and the sound insulation in the room is sorely inadequate. Looks turned out to be deceiving (as often happens in the location). Example: toilet that was barely able to flush. The fridge that was only slightly cool inside. The kitchenette that would be so much more useful with a food heating device and tools for washing dishes.
