An absolutely exceptional stay
Pros:

An absolutely exceptional stay - Palm Springs felt like stepping into another reality, peaceful, beautiful and completely relaxing. Everything was wonderful, from the elegant atmosphere, comfort and cleanliness to the delicious food and excellent facilities. What made it truly special was the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff - a place I will remember with great affection.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Pros:

Podobno najlepszy hotel w mieście. I hotel jest bardzo dobry, ma świetne restauracje z pysznym jedzeniem. Jedyny minus, to strasznie słabe śniadania, jak na taki hotel. Mały wybór i ilość jedzenia. Jeden mały jogurt był dzielony na 3-4 porcje. Pieczywo słabe, to samo wędliny. Tylko można było zamówić potrawy z jajek dodatkowo. Kawa okropna. Poprawić śniadania i wszystko będzie super.

Pros:

Everything was just excellent with staff, facility, view from the roof top bar, live music, fixing anything I asked for.

Cons:

No garden, surroundings pretty bad, smelly streets in Dili. I would expect if a five-star hotel that there would be an excellent garden and lavish surroundings, like parks and a beach or big pool area.

Also very pricy.

A haven in a bustling town. Wonderful staff.
Pros:

Everything. Great view, massive room, tasty breakfast wonderful staff.

Cons:

Booking.com made a mistake with the booking. I was booked for 2 nights for a one night price. The hotel honoured the booking.

For a hotel that is aiming to be 5 stars there remain a few service issues to iron out. A1 facilitie
Pros:

The facilities, including the rooftop bar.

Cons:

Closed negative responses to simple questions, like can I have a clothes horse, were disappointing. Room keys not paired to checkout time, wanting multiple payments to checkout just because I had multiple rooms, or forgetting to check for a charge that I had told them I'd incurred, then calling me at the airport seeking extra payment. Rooftop bar service was good.

Clean, great location, hospitable staff
Pros:

Spotless clean, very polite staff, great facilities, nice location

Cons:

Food in the resto is ok but not spectacular. Also, staff needs to be reminded to not use their footwear while inside the hotel unit
