Pros:

the management was incredibly helpful in accommodating my needs. It was clean, safe and nice facilities, they also provided me with a good tour guide and driver.

Cons:

the level of english comprehension with some of the staff made it difficult to communicate , they were very kind but lots of confusion

Pros:

The hotel is in great condition. Rooms and cleanliness are above expectations. Breakfast was below average for a 200usd per night room. Chinese restaurant was great.

Cons:

The first room AC was not working but the staff promtly changed the room for us.

Pros:

Staff were the best! Super friendly & welcoming. The room was in perfect size & modern furniture.

Cons:

I ordered a sandwich from the cafe in the lobby since the hotel’s kitchen was closed. The service was too slow & the sandwich wasn’t good .

Very relaxed stay over a long weekend.
Pros:

Palm Springs is the best hotel in Dili. It has excellent facilities, rooms are comfortable, best of all the staff are wonderful. Well done to the team.

Cons:

Probably if anything the property is under-utilised, but I suspect that will change as guest numbers increase.

Great experience with friendly staff and relaxing environment
Pros:

Rooftop restaurant with great view of ocean, mountains and city. Food is good, staff are friendly!

Cons:

Special thanks to the staff at lobby (the tallest boy), our airport transfer arrived half hour late on 11/22, he was helping us, I was bit annoyed but his response to solve the problem reversed my opinion about hotel. Overall Hotel facilities is in good condition, room is spacious and relaxing environment, swimming pool is clean, only the sink in the bath room is slowly running down the water.

Pros:

Great stay at Palm Springs Hotel, Dili. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The pool and gym were excellent, and the location was convenient while still quiet and secure.

Cons:

Limited room options/configurations. Limited car parking space. No discount on in-propeperty restaurants for guests who stay at the hotel. Very high cost for stay compared to other countries with greater facilities and incentives.
