For a hotel that is aiming to be 5 stars there remain a few service issues to iron out. A1 facilitie
Pros:

The facilities, including the rooftop bar.

Cons:

Closed negative responses to simple questions, like can I have a clothes horse, were disappointing. Room keys not paired to checkout time, wanting multiple payments to checkout just because I had multiple rooms, or forgetting to check for a charge that I had told them I'd incurred, then calling me at the airport seeking extra payment. Rooftop bar service was good.

Clean, great location, hospitable staff
Pros:

Spotless clean, very polite staff, great facilities, nice location

Cons:

Food in the resto is ok but not spectacular. Also, staff needs to be reminded to not use their footwear while inside the hotel unit

Need to train wait staff in the restaurant better. Breakfast was not included, but for the price it should be free.

Clean. Nice rooftop. Good gym.

Cons:

They failed to meet me at the airport as arranged and was left stranded. Had to take a taxi. Food on the rooftop was excellent. The waiter on my second night was terrible. Forgot multiple items, no follow-up on my order, took forever.

Pros:

the management was incredibly helpful in accommodating my needs. It was clean, safe and nice facilities, they also provided me with a good tour guide and driver.

Cons:

the level of english comprehension with some of the staff made it difficult to communicate , they were very kind but lots of confusion

The hotel is in great condition. Rooms and cleanliness are above expectations. Breakfast was below average for a 200usd per night room. Chinese restaurant was great.

Cons:

The first room AC was not working but the staff promtly changed the room for us.
