Good location, room is nice, onsen facility is great.
Pros:

Location is good, 5 mins walk from Shimbashi JR station. Room is white spacious with 1 queen sized bed, bed is comfortable. Onsen facility is nice.

Cons:

The curtain rear gap (both sides) is big; strong light goes in when sunrise.

Overall, very satisfied with our stay !
Pros:

Great location, with plenty of boutiques, restaurants, eateries and cafes adjacent including 24 hour convenience store. Major attractions (Ginza Main Street, Tsukiji and Imperial palace also walkable). While the room size was manageable in terms of size, it was in line with our expectations and we were pleased you supplied a solid bed for our son versus a camp bed. The reception (with comp drinks) and deck off the lobby was also great !

Cons:

Some of the USB ports were either not working or compatible with our chargers cables.

I had reason the look under the bed to pick up some items that we dropped, and found there was quite a lot of litter )including an old slipper) had accumulated here which left a poor impression on what was other wise a well maintained and cleaned room

Lovely hotel and convenient to everything.
Pros:

Great location and lovely hotel. Loads of food options near by and shopping close by also. Loved the quietness of Ginza.

Cons:

Young teenage girls told not to wear swimmers in onsen by male worker. This is not for everyone.
