Classy hotel in a great location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, classy rooms we had a corner room with lots of light, great facilities, staff, location.
Our toddler got sick the day before we got to the hotel, I asked the staff about any doctors close by and a gentleman maybe the supervisor came to our room and gave us a contact an international clinic close by, we were able to get straight in and get the medicine we needed. He was a life saver, I really appreciate how he went above and beyond to help us out. Nothing more stressful than a family member getting sick in a foreign country. Thank you.

ממש קרוב לתחנת גינזה וגם לתחנת שימבאשי- מה שמאפשר תנועה בכל רחבי טוקיו באופן קל ונוח
מחוץ למלון יש את שדרת גינזה עם המון מסעדות ואיזאקיות וגם 7-11 לא קטן שתמיד פתוח.
גם הגעה לשדה תעופה מאוד נוחה

ארוחת בוקר ממש יקרה ביחס למה שמקבלים
צוות המלון ממש נחמד

המיטות לא ממש נוחות
אין אחסון בחדר- אבל ככה זה ביפן
שכונת גינזה חביבה אבל לא הייתי בוחרת לישון בה באופן כללי כי היא קצת משעממת
