Except location there is nothing to like

Cons:

From staff behavior i.e i am with my old parents and infants and they provide me 3 rd floor and also they don't have a lift facility which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking.com.
The AC was not working The TV was not working no kattle for hot water. Food was bad overall it was waste of money and they treat you like you are staying there for free.

Nothing at all.

Cons:

AC was not working and after complaining many times staff still lied that they got it right. After many calls they didn't come for cleaning. Waited for almost 4 hrs to check in. First they demand 30% amount to confirm the booking and after that they want 50% amount to confirm, not credible at all.

Cons:

Facilities were extremely poor and not available at all. They did not provide us with most of the things that were mentioned on their memorandum. Room was not clean and was smelling . Washroom was not at all clean and there was constant sewer smell. Staff was not at all supportive.
